Amazing response time! Actually a whole day early putting in my new air conditioning unit. Joe was amazing and kept me in the loop the whole process, he even recommended some electricity saving tips for My family.

They wanted $1,100 to extend 3 sections of duct work no more than 4 feet. I had an electrician doing work at the same time and he tells me that they did nothing but complain the entire time they were conducting their bogus inspection. Very disappointed - go elsewhere for your AC business.

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've since called them for a couple other issues and always the same great service with a smile. Won't ever go anywhere else!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Mark was on time and courteous. I have a landscaping valve that I thought was leaking by with the system turned off. I was hoping this would fix my soggy backyard issue by replacing it. But that wasn't the case. Mark was kind enough to educate me on the landscaping system and tell me this valve is fine. He looked at my solenoid manual shutoff valve and turn that off. Paid the 89.00 service fee & sent Mark on his way. Here's to hoping this fixes the issue temporarily until I can find a good reliable landscape repair company.

Day&Night replaced my heat pump system back in 2014. I have utilized their A/C and plumbing services since then. They are always responsive and professional. I had my system maintenance scheduled today. Tim, the technician, was no different. He was professional and courteous. When my AC went out on one of the hottest AZ summers Lincoln Air was able to come out the same day! They had my AC fixed and working in no time! Professional customer service with a smile, even in the heat! I highly recommend this company!!

Dan was amazing my ac went out needed a new one had to talk it over with my husband he came back the same day to get my order in and install less then 48hrs after it went out the office had a portable unit brought out to me. They where out within 2hrs of my original call to see what was going on the whole team was amazing but special shout out to Dan who took care of it all for me and was so friendly and professional

The technicians were very polite, professional and did a fantastic job! The work that I done was installing a Tesla car charger on a 50 amp circuit. They had to run new wire and conduit up through the attic and down through my garage. All the work looks like it had been there when the house was built with no shortcuts! I feel is a bit pricey but I think you get what you pay for!

Service call was to check the main water valve and reason no water to washing machine that was delivered and installed on 6/26/2022. Dale Everett explained thoroughly regarding the main valve which turned out to be fine but found that when washer installed, the valves to the washer connection were not turned back on therefore no water to wash machine. I will definitely use ProSkill again.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
