He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. Had a valve break under my kitchen cabinet Josh and Shane from Zono came ASAP and professionally cleaned it up, assessed the damage and they have been quick to follow up. Highly recommended - damage was minimalized because of their quick and thorough actions. They found water where I never would have thought it to be. Great job guys!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Great overall experience! Lorenzo was great and super helpful! I’d suggest using this service specifically because of him and his ability to connect and explain the situation to someone who doesn’t understand/ new home owner. I hope that Roto-Rooter understands the value of having someone like him on their team and rewards him for his effort. Understanding it takes a team to get someone out here he ultimately is the face of the company since we directly interacted with him and I gotta say he did everything to make a good lasting impression. Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. They kept our house functional and safe during cleanup and repairs. I definitely recommend to others. I hope we do not need such services in the future but if we do Water Fighters will be my first call

To warrant a 5-Star review, the experience must set itself apart from the rest. The team at EHS was not only professional, prompt and thorough, but incredibly informative during the repairs. I really felt comfortable throughout the whole process, not to mention the quality was A+!!

I was very happy with their work and communication.

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.

In my opinion, this company was so terrible, slow, and uncommunicative that I could never recommend them to anyone. Kowalski has now become a verb in our house for when something is messed up. Oops, I hammered this nail crooked, I Kowalski'd it. Oh look, the siding that was supposed to be replaced, but instead was hammered down and is now popping out again - they Kowalski'd it. Every chance they had to cut corners, they did, and only fixing some errors when they were caught. I should have fought harder with them to actually fix their mistakes, but after 6 months of dealing with them, I just wanted to live in my house. Avoid this company if you want your work done in a quality, timely manner with communication.
