Troy was my family’s saving grace Sunday evening. Our AC you decided to go out so I called penguin but I was placed on an emergency list to have a technician come out. Troy arrived at our home around 10:30 PM and had our AC back on at 10:45 PM. Troy your work ethic is absolutely phenomenal and I am so thankful that you made my families night more comfortable in our home. We will continue to use penguin air for all of our home needs! Troy again, thank you for your fantastic customer service skills you went above and beyond!Joey was by far the best tech! He explained what was happening with out AC unit and what work it needs, and all because of how knowledgeable he was and helpful were getting a new unit! I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

Our heater stopped working and within a couple hours of calling Howard Air, we had a technician on site. Wayne from Howard Air was awesome! It was dark and raining outside and that did not stop Wayne. He was out there for an hour and a half and was able to fix the problem. His perseverance and sence of urgency in repairing my heater solidified my decision in selecting Howard Air. Thank you Wayne for not giving up in the cold dark rain, so my family can be warm.

My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday afternoon. A friend referred me to Arcadia Air. That same evening Arcadia Air came to my home and diagnosed the problem. And the following day Arcadia Air was at my house with a crane and installed a new HVAC system on my roof. Talk about a quick response. Later that week Arcadia Air checked in with me to ensure everything was running smoothly. I appreciated the most, starting from my inquiry phone call to after the installation, that Arcadia Air stood behind their customer satisfaction guarantee.

I had interviewed many A/C companies before selecting Preferred Air for new system installation. I am pleased with my decision. My needs were heard and addressed well. We did experience supply chain issues that delayed my installation but I was well informed every step of the way. When it was my time (2021), the process was smooth and effective. This year I feel relief after replacing my 25+ year old unit. New unit (gas pack) runs great and purchase includes 2 visits a year to checkup. Great start of new relationships. We had a lightning strike close to our upstairs refrigeration unit rendering it inoperative. Howard Air's response was reasonably prompt. They checked our unit, removed two destroyed circuit boards, installed a different temporary thermostat, and restored cooling until new circuit boards were ordered and received. Upon receipt of the new parts, they were installed, the smart thermostat was reinstalled, and there was no charge under the 10 year refrigeration warranty. Very happy with Howard Air's service.

I recently installed a secondary water heater for my laundry room. I was able to complete everything except the wiring. Upon request of service for the electrical hook up to a main power source they were very flexible with scheduling and update of time of arrival. The installation was exactly what I was expecting and then some. Very reasonable pricing and am completely satisficed with the finished product.

I would recommend that you have Green ID check your home and make all necessary improvements to prevent further wast of your money in high power bills. They are super thorough in details and repairs that will improve your homes efficiency. In the beginning it sound like a lot, but it will pay for itself in the end. It all happens in a day. I would really tell you that if at all get your AC system sealed. That's 80% of people's problem.

We have used CW Air a few times now, including installing a new unit. They are great— always respond quickly and for a very fair price. We just called them this morning to work on an older unit that we have and Mike had us fixed up and running smoothly before lunch. Thanks!

We were having a/c issues so called Prestige Mechanical and Jeremy and out to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing the system and his team was easy to work with. So far the new a/c has been great.

I am in the military and deployed overseas. My AC went out and Scottsdale Air was highly recommended, it was noted they were expensive but did quality work and had great customer service. My family called, they were prompt about coming out and providing solutions. They put in place a $500 temp repair which we were fine with since we knew the unit was older and we would likely need to replace. They said the $500 would be deducted from any future HVAC replacement. So we proceeded with quotes and made a selection. They do offer a 10% military discount, which we appreciated greatly. But when we went to settle the final invoice, the $500 was never deducted. When I called for clarification, they stated that it was an either/or with the 10% discount...

Had we known this ahead of time, the price point would have been such that we would have shopped around... Lesson learned, if I have future issues while away, I will certainly find a way to do better due diligence.
