Our A/C stopped working this past Sunday and so I called Penguin Air to come out and service it. The unit that stopped working controls the main part of the house plus two bedrooms and it was getting hot quick in their being mid day. After calling they took my information and said a tech would be out to service it and would call about 45 minutes before arrival. It was great news when I got a text first showing a picture of my technician plus a little about him. Then a call saying he was on his way. Arrived when he said and started to look at the unit. Diagnosis was a blown fan motor and and brackets which also hurt the fan inside the unit up in the attic. We went over pricing and he started to repair it. Did a great job and shortly after we had cold air blowing and starting to cool the house down. Very nice technician that keeps you updated the whole time. Our air conditioner went out yesterday. Called our home warranty and they sent 1st choice mechanical out. Mike said they would be available between 10-2 to arrive. 1120am was the ETA. Mike showed up on time, explained what system I have just by looking up at roof. Informed me he was going to start by checking the breaker box for loose wires and then check system. Mike found the issue with the AC and by 1215 I have air again. I will recommend to everyone I know to use this company

We have been using Howard Air for years to maintain our Heat Pump. They installed a new system at my mom's home 11 years ago and we had them maintain it ever since and it still runs good for being that old. My husband and I recently bought a home and have the maintenance agreement on our heat pump. They just came out and did their maintenance check and we were told it was running great! That's good to hear because two other companies wanted to replace the air ducts and even the whole unit just a few months ago.

Tech was great. Advised me of his findings. Great service Only issue was when I called a couple days before my appt to advise them I might be a little late coming home by 15-30 minutes in a 2 hour window I was told I had to reschedule. I actually left work early because of this. I was scheduled for 12-2 I was home by 1150 and tech didn’t arrive until after 1. Poor flexibility

We recently purchased 2 units from Larson. Came home tonight and the upstairs unit was reporting an issue and appeared not to be cooling. Called Larson after hours and left a message. Heard back almost immediately and Lyle was here within the hour. He was great! Did a detailed inspection and found the problem and resolved the issue.

Can’t say enough about the quality and competence of the guys who installed our two new Trane units. One upstairs and one downstairs.. Phil, Erick and Pete did an admirable job in making sure all bases were covered and paid attention to detail. They worked hard all day. True professionals. You won’t go wrong hiring this company to put in your new AC unit.

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.
