My Neighbor used their services as a last attempt to have their specialty tile roof replaced. 2 other companies had failed to get insurance to pay for their damaged roof. Jeff and Josiah showed up and did everything they promised including getting my neighbors roof paid by the insurance. They literally saved this family over $27,000.

After our roof was damaged by hail we contracted with Phoenix Roofing to completely replace our wood shake roof. After the demo we had to have new decking laid before they could shingle. Our roof was steep and complicated but the crew did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Bill was attentive at every step of the way. His professionalism and responsiveness was first class. The crew always cleaned up after each day. We highly recommend Bill and Phoenix Roofing.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. Completed a project on-time and without issues. Easy to work with and very responsive to needs. Coordinated with a HVAC vendor for the upgrade of the roof top units seamlessly.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

DRC helped me when my roof blew off my large storage shed. Had a crew out the next day and completed a re-roof with new drip edge. Great work and extremely responsive to our situation. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing install or repair.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

I give two thumbs up and five stars, very good company to do business with.

Can't say enough good about them. They helped me work through all the insurance paperwork and did an excellent job! They stand behind their work and even offered to check the roof after any other work we have with painting etc...

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I would recommend you have Alan come out and have a roof inspection done to make sure your roof will last for many years to come.

Mike is awesome! From the moment he showed up and we started talking I really liked the experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and he’s been doing foam roofs for 15 years so it became pretty evident he did good work. He was very prompt on all the days, and actually he was able to come out a week earlier than he’s promised, which was even better. I really liked working with them too because there’s something really cool about a smaller company, with Mike you’re getting the super high quality of a big company, but without overspending like you might with a company doing radio ads all day long. I’d definitely recommend him to all!
