Updated Review from 5 to 1 Star:I have been with this company for YEARs, primarily for AC services. I always gave their company raves reviews and recommendations to friends and clients. I pay for VIP service to maintenance AC, adding plumbing recently. Had Tech come earlier in week to discuss updating my plumbing lines and turn off values to avoid future leaks. Given estimate of close to $900 and schedule for Sat 11th afternoon. Tech was here for a few hours, was told everything needed to be updated was done. Woke up on Monday morning, slipped and fell in master bath as not only was my master bath flooded so was the guest bath. Turn off new water value on toliet in guest bath as supply line ruptured/leaked, flooding room went through joining wall and flooded master. Called Day and Night, they sent new Tech who quickly stated that supply line in Guest toilet was clearly old and cheap and needed to be replaced. Company charged me additional $60.00 for new supply that was suppose to be replaced on Sat. Called to speak to office asking how 1) if the 2nd Tech stated it was clearly something that should have been replaced, why was it missed on Saturday? and 2) would they find it insult to injury to charge me additional for a $60.00 for a missed supply line from 1st Tech that flooded my home. I was told that, I wasn't charged a service charge to come out I only was (overcharged) for a 20.00 (at most) supply line. I reminded them that I did pay for the service charge since I purchased their VIP service. I asked for someone in plumbing management to look into the matter and get back to me. I told them I understood it was a Monday and they might need a day or two. That was 6/13/2022. The only call we received was from the schedule/sales office later that day while we were dealing with insurance and water migration company in our home, to talk to us about upgrading our water heater. We have yet to hear from Day and Night plumbing management. Bare minimum, we deserved an apology and credit of $60.00. Now I am out $300 for VIP service, $900 for incomplete updates, $60.00 supply line, $1200 insurance deductible, and since I work from home, cancelation for my June 13th clients losing $600.00 in income, now having to deal with days of fans to dry out rooms, weeks of dealing with insurance claims and repairs which will effect my future weeks incomes as well since I can't have repairs happening in same space as my clients need to be. I understand that mistakes happen but Day and Night simply needed to own that mistake and make it right, instead of avoiding the issue and me. This has seriously caused my faith in this business relationship to falter.

I was visiting my aunt in Glendale Arizona and Temperature Pro was there fixing her AC. They were very respectful and timely. Aunt and I were very pleased with the experience. Would recommend.

Kole T. Is the best and most thorough tech we have ever worked with. We took our previous company to small claims court and won. Kole helped and explained the problems caused by previous company. Will continue using Benefit Air from now on.

My air conditioner quit working and the best decision I made was to call Rising Sun Air! The whole team (Pam, Adrian, Kevin, Tim and Dillon) were friendly, professional, helpful and cared! The got a new unit installed quickly at a very reasonable price! I am recommending Rising Sun Air to all my friends and family. They are the best!!

The dispatcher Sheila was very helpful when I called their emergency line. Our AC broke the night before. She sent the technician (Jordan) right away. When Jordan arrived we think we saw an angel with a halo. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken motor) and fixed it. He answers all my AC related questions with confidence.

APEX Heating & Air did an outstanding job on the installation of our new HVAC Heating/AC equipment. Apex Heating & Air has also completed ongoing preventive maintenance check-ups on our Heating/AC units. We've referred Apex to numerous friends who have all been extremely happy with the communication, service, problem assessment and repairs completed. Louis and his team provided quality, honest and professional assessment of our Heating/AC issues and then installation of our new equipment. APEX communicated well and kept us informed through the process, showed-up for appointments at the scheduled time, and completed our project with quality workmanship & on time. It's nice to have a contractor that's reliable, responsive, trustworthy, prides themselves on quality work and provided an excellent customer experience while addressing our Heating/AC issues and installing new HVAC equipment. Gerald and company went the extra mile to get me up and running again after an intermittent problem. They found the problem quickly and efficiently and it didn’t cost me a fortune. I would highly recommend them if you need service!

ABC Air has always been responsive to our calls and the clients whom we refer to. I can always trust an honest assessment and reasonable solution for needed repairs. They do not try to up sale the job with unneeded repairs. Great company!

Leif, the service professional, arrived on time, was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the mechanics of P-traps and advised what foods to avoid putting down the drain. He worked efficiently, and I'll call ProSkill Services again and will ask for Leif. I highly recommend ProSkill Services and Leif as a result of the outstanding prompt service provided.

Nick arrived on time and was able to fix my air system same day with parts he already had on his truck. Very convenient to those that want same day repairs. He was very professional and charged less then I thought.

I HIGHLY recommend ACA for any HVAC needs! The owner came out to our property to diagnose HVAC issues we had for last couple of years and was very friendly, professional, and gave lots of options to solve our issue. He had a lot technical knowledge and was able to explain his plan for system replacement (our choice). A few days later, the HVAC installers, Phil & Jesus, arrived on time and were very pleasant. They worked all day to get system installed and once complete, explained all of the details and functionality of the system. We will be using ACA in the future for everything HVAC!
