I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Hayward. They came out the next day after I called for an estimate and removed my large ash trees 3 days later. They did in 2 hours what my landscaper proposed he do over 3 days. They left my yard perfectly clean when they were done. For those wondering about their pricing, they were extremely fairly priced beating all other estimates significantly. They get my highest recommendation!

Good price and quality

Design Tree saved our trees when we had an infestation killing them. They also removed several trees for us. They are very knowledgeable about all things trees and we are so appreciative to Design Tree.

Valentin and his crew are very good taking care of my patio/gardens. They have taught me, a N.Y. transplant to Phoenix, not to murder my cacti & plants by overwatering ?! They are efficient, friendly, and reliable. Valentin is very knowledgeable about desert plants and gives very good suggestions as to what will grow well in each spot. We had Elite tend to our 3 trees. They installed new irrigation to our trees and then deeply feed them. They gave us a hugh bottle of liquid fertilizer to use
monthly. Every person who showed up were all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a large dead tree in my front yard and Azael, the owner of Innovation Tree Care reached out to me and let me know he could do the job. He scheduled the job within 2 business days which was much faster than I expected. The crew showed up on time and promptly got to work.

The tree looked very challenging because it was dry and had a few obstacles to avoid. The bark on the tree was falling off and made it difficult to get a good footing. Innovation Tree Care had all the tools and gear to perform the job safely. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to lower the branches to the ground. Nothing in the surrounding area was touched and it was a pleasure to watch them skillfully remove each part. Even the neighborhood kids were outside enjoying the process.

Once the tree was removed, they ground the stump below ground level and back filled the hole to remove any trace of the tree. Not only did they leave our property fully clean, they cleaned the saw dust on the neighbors until it was better than before they arrived.

Azael was quick to answer questions and the crew was very professional. The price quote was very reasonable and the service provided exceeded all expectations. They accept digital payments which made it a breeze for contact-less payment.

Juan and Crew did an excellent job removing a very large Ficus Tree. This tree was close to a wall, house and shed. Precision cut and takedown. Excellent. I will proudly refer The Hungry Tree in the future.

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. I’ll be calling Tom again in the spring for the next service. Thanks to Tom and his service team!

We highly recommend Petes Tree Service to anyone in need of a yard/tree maintenance service. Pete was extremely professional, and his prices are amazing. He and his crew came to our house to get it ready to list on the market and they worked for two days to trim back all trees, and manicure the front and back yard. When they were done the house looked better than it did when we bought it.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

Mike was very quick to provide an estimate for diagnosing any tree and shrub problems and fixing any irrigation issues. We also contracted for pruning. The work was done promptly. Afterward when we had issues with our sprinklers, we couldn't get a call back. Finally reached him . He sent one of the guys over to take a look and we were told that we had leaks in the irrigation system because our system was so old. The house is one year old!!. Our guess is that the leaks were caused by their installers. So, $800 later, we've had to hire an irrigation repair conpany. Beware of this company.
