Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday when our daughter and grandson were visiting from Boston. They are not used to hot weather. I called quite a few air-conditioning companies. Some didn’t answer the phone, some couldn’t come until the next day because they don’t work on weekends. Only Lincoln Air and Plumbing could send someone out that day! Daniel arrived and check things out but needed to come back the next day because he needed to review the system with the manufacturer. I have environmental illness and cannot tolerate scented products and the next day he arrived wearing nothing scented! He figured out how to get our air conditioner working without the part that was needed as a temporary fix until he could get the part. When he returned with the part he remembered to once again not wear anything scented and I had no reactions! He went above and beyond for us and I recommend Daniel and his company to everyone.

The water softener resin burst into cold water lines. Charles Plumb stopped by in few hours and helped me understand the issue and each line item in the quote. He planned his work to mitigate the issue thinking about long term implications. I have never seen a smart plumber like Charles. He meticulously performed troubleshooting and came up with innovative solutions to resolve the most difficult clogs in my master bathroom. He met his commitments, led the work with utmost quality and completed the entire work in 6-7 h. He gave 1 year warranty just in case if any clog issue comes back that only suggests how confident he was with his work. Keep up the great work! Parker and sons you are lucky to have him.

Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C won't turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasn't a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldn't be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

Additionally, there's Rachelle, at the office, who is a fantastic first contact and very helpful too!

Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for. Thank you Darrell and crew! We really appreciate you.
