Christian and Dan recently came to my house to see why our water wasn't staying hot for longer than 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly and replaced our water heater and did it extremely fast. It's so nice to take hot showers again!

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. If you book with them, ask for Daniel Tyus. After he took care of me last time (described above), I am asking for him from now on!

This will sound bad at first, I had an appointment set up for annual A/C check with the typical 4 hour window and it turned out they could not make it because of problems on other calls. They set up to have a tech at my house first thing next morning with no window. Freddy Perez arrived as promised and got to work. While checking my unit he found a small Freon leak, and honestly said they should have caught that with last year's service. Freddy spoke to his boss, they fixed the leak and recharged my unit at absolutely no cost to me. That type of honesty and customer service is very rare these days. Had he just told me he found a leak I would have not known any different. Great job Freddy and Patrick Riley!!!!!!

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
