Best Shower Repair in Phoenix AZ

I have been working with this company since April on a window & door project. I understand there was a glass delay due to covid, however we have had nothing but issues since the glass has been put in. Every time I speak to a representative I get a different answer. Now they want to charge me $200 to install a screen that was already included in my original quote! Will not call this company again.

I called to see if I can get someone to come out and take a look at my sliding door, due to that one part of the dual pane sliding door broke. That was at 9 am today. They had Zach and John come out by 10 am and by 11 they were all done, the price they quoted me on the phone is what I paid. They were really professional. Picked up after they left as well as sweeped and cleaned part of my patio, they just did it. You can tell they care about their work and the quality of work they do Thank you so much!

Normally I don't write reviews. I read them, but don't write them. This one is needed as we had our shower enclosure updated by Dependable Glass. There were two guys that came out and measured our enclosure. These guys did well and got the measurements correct. However, it was the install that stands out. Our installers, Lance and Sean aka The Brothers started to install our shower doors when they called our attention to the fact there was a wrong glass channel that was sent. Would it have worked? Yes, but is wasn't exactly what should be there. They stopped the install and called the company to get the right glass channel sent out. They could have installed the enclosure and not said anything. They wanted it right and did the right thing by calling our attention to it. Thank you Lance and Sean for a great install and your professionalism and being personable as well.

After enjoying the great new windows installed last year, we returned to DreamStyle Remodining for replacement of our 6 sliding glass doors. Wow. So nice to use the quality doors with greater R-value and privacy reflectiveness. The installation was fast and professional. Care in installation and precision in detailing the trim is noted. Warranty is fantastic. Cory Colvin and Demetri Sauvc were outstanding installers. We will consider future remodeling with the company.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
