He was professional and informative. Gave my husband the lowdown on our A/C unit and some recommendations. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work, we decided to go with their 3 year service plan. It is hard to find a reliable and honest company, so glad we found one.

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Comfort one was great to work with, Taps came out to our home as soon as possible to diagnose a freon leak in the attic. The next day, his very friendly techs came out and had the problem fixed in less time than quoted and right on budget. We'll be using Comfort One for all our AC needs in the future for sure!

My AC unit was about 20 years old and I needed to replace it. I worked with Ted Henn and he broke down exactly what system I had and what system he would recommend for me to make my AC efficient and last the longest. I was very nervous since I have never had to replace an AC unit. 5 days before the unit was supposed to be put in the AC unit stopped blowing. I had another company come out and they blasted me about not using them for a new unit. I called Ted and he had his team help out in making sure my AC unit lasted until the new unit. The team that showed up to put the new unit in were super friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I'm very pleased with the work and happy to have better AC!

We had a major leak with water coming through the wall and onto the carpet. Parker and Sons came out asap, found the leak caused by a cracked drain. The next day Dean came out, did the major repair, including busting out the slab and doing a great job on the repair. They are not cheap. But did an excellent job.

Alex was a very professional young man, I enjoyed meeting him. It is nice to know there are still nice young people out there. He explained the condition of my AC unit and gave me recommendations, which I did appreciate. Thanks for having him on your staff, I look forward to seeing him again.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Orlando arrived on time. He was personable, and knowledgeable. He inspected and maintained heating units. I feel very comfortable with his service, and his company, Larson Air Conditioning.

ACA's service technician, Mark, did an exceptional job in diagnosing the problem with our AC unit and worked quickly & efficiently to make repairs. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Great service!
