Though my family has little knowledge of electrical engineering, he brought the information to a level that was easy for us to understand , letting us know our different options, which made us feel much more confident in the decision we made to add a circuit for our kitchen. Bob and Sean came to my house to install a new light over my shower, fix a broken outlet, and change out my vanity light… they were both very nice and professional, they fixed everything I needed and even updated the wiring that was causing my issues. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you need!

I received a few email reminders of my appointment. Thank you. Rose Marie (sp?) called to say Derek was on his way. Derek was very professional and explained every step of his troubleshooting and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable about working on manufactured homes and didn't seem to mind my asking several questions about them. (I'm a first time homeowner and bought the property with no history of it or manufactured homes in general. He was extremely patient and persistent finding the source of the problem. If it was me, after the third unsuccessful test locating the problem, I would have told the owner Buy a new home. (Joke) He double checked that all outlets and covers were back in place and cleaned up after himself. He did not try to up sell me but did suggest a few upgrades, some I could do myself, that should be done to avoid future problems. I do have one or two other projects I will have them do for me in the near future. Thank you Mike, Derek and Rose Marie!

I had a short circuit in the line to my outdoor kitchen and boat dock. Dennis had a brief schedule opening and arrived earlier than expected. He quickly completed troubleshooting and determined the problem was a circuit breaker that needed some extra pushes to reset. He then load tested the circuit and the problem was solved. I will continue to use Phoenix Electricians Today for all my service needs.
