It's never fun to have to get an entirely brand new air conditioning unit. It's expensive and trying to price shop and find the right service people to handle the job is a pain!

HOWEVER, the team at Hobaica made the entire experience so easy!! It started with our sales person Jarred, who educated us on the right type of unit for our home and got us the best price compared to other companies.

Then...when the installers showed up, they were on time, completely professional, efficient and CLEAN!! This was not an easy job and they were impeccable in the way they left everything. It was extremely difficult to access the unit in our attic, but they did it perfectly.

These 4 men, Jason, Ivan, Zach and Justin handled the job beautifully!! This team was GREAT!! I highly recommend Hobaica! They did such a wonderful job and now we have a cool house once again! Thank you guys!!

Kevin was very thorough with servicing our furnace getting it ready for winter. He let me know that were other services that were available to help make the system run better, should I want them. He also helped with getting some estimates for the ductwork we need done.

After looking up specifications online, the Mitsubishi system is hands down the leader and workhorse in the field, and Lincoln Heating and Air are the folks you should be calling to get yours installed. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. Javier Cruz came to my house showed me what’s in my attic or showed me what was not in my attic and recommended we do insulation immediately to help save with my energy consumption. This handsome young man gave me a great deal and my home now stays warmer for a longer amount of time.Demond and Diego came out to install my insulation those two for a class act and would recommend them to anybody. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, but they also showed me before and after photos.

You have a broad offering of professional skills available to all customers. Greg was a comfortable, professional person who knew how to solve my relatively simple problem.He remarked that had I taken on the problem myself, with 50 year old piping...it might have been an expensive disaster.I trust in him and all his associates. Your commercials work.He's not your average Joe!Plus I took myself seriously in not taking action with vise grips. etc. to attempt the job myself! Trust in your conscience and hire professionals!

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Sam came to service the RO water system and he went above and beyond helping me understand some of my homes water treatment features and even inspected another potential issue with a shower. The most professional tech I have dealt with in a long time.
