He was very easy to get a hold of, went out to the property the next day, called to tell me the issue, then made the repairs quickly. We had Andrew come over and do maintenance and install ducts and cut some holes for new returns. They were on time, positive attitudes and cleaned everything up completely after. He even touched up a small crack in our drywall as he was leaving. Great service

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I will be relying on this company in the future.

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

Great and very professional service! Nick found and fixed the problem that multiple AC companies couldn’t find. Highly recommended!
