Best Replace Toilet in Phoenix AZ

Aaron was excellent and professional. He was very knowledgeable as he assessed the issue and planned out the solution. He allowed me to ask questions as to the problem and was very polite not irritated. He was efficient and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Wanted to know if I had any other concerns. Had a damaged main water line. They came out and quoted me an unbelievable 11-15 THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace the line. First of all, the four thousand dollar range is ridiculous, second is the 11-15 THOUSAND DOLLAR quote. Every other plumber and general contractor we've contacted has quoted us since 2700-3200 dollars for the job.When we balked at the price, the plumber said, and I quote, Well, we have a large overhead, so you have to pay for that. No sir, no I do not. If you're overhead is so large a 3k job is 15k, it's time to lay some people off.Be warned. You're being had if you go through them. If you need work done, go for a smaller company who's bonded/licensed/insured. These people are insane.

Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

I've been using Goettl for years now for both service and a new system installation a year and a half ago. They're thorough, professional and reliable. I will continue to use them for years to come.

They have an after hours call center that is only there to take messages.Gary came and was super nice. He was fast to fix the initial problem and was wonderful to work with and gave me all the information we needed. It would have been nice if we were in the dark once it was “after hours.”

Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

Joshua was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and straightforward. He didn't try to push unnecessary upgrades. He did what he came for, explained what he did and what he found, and offered a few ways to resolve to My best interests. Excellent service. I hope that he is my technician for all my future HVAC needs.

I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful experience from my first contact with their office to the end. I highly recommend Parker & Sons!

Gene and Joaquin installed a Redox Water System in my home. Gene explained the differences between the types of water systems. He helped me to make the best choice for my home. When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
