Best Replace Toilet in Phoenix AZ

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

We used ABA Home Remodeling for a kitchen remodel several months ago. From the start with Amanda - she was super helpful with decorating ideas, to Joe, David and team .. they were very professional and made sure the job was done to the highest of standards. The kitchen cabinets were painted, new sink & faucets were installed, backsplash, and open shelving with the hood was installed. Excellent work!

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

No job too big, no job too small. Jeremy is reliable and always willing help with any project I have had. From building a studio to daily upkeep such as hanging photos. He is always a good help!

We had a water heater threatening to blow so, in a panic, I called them for help. I'm sure it was just dumb luck, but Luis showed up in under an hour from the time of my call. Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!

So thrilled to have found a handyman service we can trust and rely on. I am retired and cannot get on ladders or lift heavy objects. We chose ACE because of their reputation. Our handyman Chris Simmons was more like a technician. He explained everything he was going to do to properly install our ceiling fan and the job turned out perfect. He was cordial and on time and he checked in before coming to make sure we knew when he was arriving. I would not hesitate to use ACE handyman services again, and I will be requesting Chris again for sure!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
