They were great! Showed up during the window they said, changed one part which was kinda pricey but reasonable because that same capacitor went out in the past. And took pictures of everything. Better to pay for one part than a 15k dollar new system here in AZ.

Had to call these guys again. My front yard was flooding by a ruptured line. Mark and Abel came out and quickly found the source. Not only that, but after they explained they aren’t permitted to work on the rupture because it was not plumbing but rather irrigation, they still explained everything thoroughly and what I should do next. Shout out to Mark and Abel, very knowledgeable, professional, and overall good guys!

Alberto was very respectful and professional, he made sure that my homes pipes we looked at fully by calling a camera. I was able too see for my self how much gunk has built up, and he made an appointment for them to be cleaned. He made a home owners inconvenient moment an easy process to be fixed.

$80 service fee to come to our home + $1000 estimate to clear 4 drains that were running slow. We have been customers for years but costs are getting out of control compared with other mechanical & plumbing contractors in the area. Several other reputable contractors are more than willing to snake a drain for less than $100 per sink. I expected better service and pricing for customers that have spent upwards of $20k with Parker over the past few years.

I received many quotes, but none as professional as Daniels. I did not choose the cheapest quote, but the one I felt was presented the best and really addressed my concerns with the failed unit and my existing still functioning HVAC system. From the initial quote, replacing an entire HVAC system, intake grills, returns and registers, to maintenance on my old still working system Daniel and his team did fantastic work. My only complaint would be price, but inflationary pressures brought around during the pandemic were to blame for that. The new system works great and is far more efficient. Highly recommend Preferred Air.

Ryan is AMAZING!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my AC. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely thorough and informative. No hard selling, it was a refreshing change from other companies. We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. SMW technicians were very professional and fixed our water damaged ducts and the broken central ac unit.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.
