Very nice guy, helpful and friendly and fast.

These guys helped me out with reprogramming my vehicle keyless entry fob when it needed a computer. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Took less than 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and a good sized store to browse and find some good items.

The work was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I had four locks rekeyed. Highly recommended. I will be a customer again in the future.

Impressed with the service I received from Yale Express. They were very quick at responding to my request and even came out on a Sunday to help me. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. He fixed my door immediately, which has been broken for a while. We were able to use the extra key he gave us later that day, which was great! This is how locksmiths should be. He was my rep and he made an extra trip to the store to pick up a part they needed, same day, didn't charge me anything for the trip and was just the nicest guy.
