Travis Vonau was our service technician. We had something wrong with our hot water heater. We called Hobaica, and they were able to send Travis, same day. Travis was very professional, and thoroughly explained the “hows” and “whys” of what was going on with the hot water heater. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He’s very knowledgeable about his products, and gave us good info about water heaters. Hobaica also services our HVAC’s. We’ve been with them since 2019. We love Hobaica!!

My water softener system was not working. It was purchased and installed from Goettl 2 years ago. Brennan Bingham came today and found the problem and repaired it quickly. Then he actual waited for the system to flush--which took an hour. Said he wanted to be sure it was working. Checked all our water lines while here and adjusted a couple valves that were slowing water from faucets. Brennen was professional, very knowledgeable and more than competent to resolve all issues. I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!

They installed my water filtration system. They make sure to come out annually to replace the filters. They are always responsive and on time and their product is a quality product.

We thought we might have a slab leak in our home. Ron came out very early and checked out our situation. He was very informative and explained things to us. Thankfully it was not a slab leak. It is a leak from a crack in the shower tub unit which is scheduled to be replaced next week. We will definitely call Patrick Riley plumbing in the future and request Ron St Denis.

This company rocks. Very organized on time, very clean and always on time. They give you a whole schedule of the entire process what to expect step by step. The system I bought was the trane anything goes wrong with it the computer on the thermostat will send a code to pro-skill so they can resolve the issue quickly. Their cell phone text messaging system throughout the process is also awesome. They also take pictures of the entire process and e-mail you photo's of their work. My parents and brother in-law used this company and recommended it to me. I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
