Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Had an awesome A/C repair experience with Andrew Kroski from Goettl over the weekend! Our A/C started blowing warm early in the week, with outside temperatures ~100. It did take four days for a tech to come out but not the tech's fault at all and this time of year is busy in Arizona. The A/C needed a new compressor and while the parts where under warranty Goettl did not charge for the labor either! (only the $90 diagnostics fee)

Andrew came out on Sunday afternoon and was super friendly and knowledgable. Andrew quickly started the compressor removal/install process (which typical takes 4-6 hours). A few hours in it started to storm which included some heavy wind and even hail. Andrew stayed in the truck for ~hour waiting the storm out then came back and continued the repairs (like nothing happened). As part of the compressor repair, old refrigerant was drained then new refrigerant added, but the capacitor, dry filter, and some wires that were rubbing against a copper pipe were also replaced/fixed!

What I liked the most is Andrew didn't just fix the current problem, but instead made sure the A/C system was in the best shape it could be in to prevent future problems. Andrew truly went above and beyond expectations! I recommend Andrew to anyone who needs A/C repairs or maintenance.

We called yesterday morning and I feel bad for not getting the woman’s name who answered the phone- but she was very helpful, was able to find my account quickly, and confirmed she was able to send Kevin out that morning. Our renters had messaged us the heater was not working, and we called Sun Devil right away- they were able to reset the thermostat (luckily nothing major!;) and in less than two hours from the time our renter let us know, it was fixed. It couldn’t have been easier, more professional, or faster service (& very reasonable fee- we did not feel overcharged at all). I am very appreciative and our renter even said “He was great!”. Thank you again!

We started using ReddiServices nine months ago. We have had to use their plumbing services 4 times since then. All 4 times we have had excellent and timely service. Most recent issue was a very old irrigation head that was leaking under the ground. Jorge P. arrived as scheduled, and we are very pleased with his work. He capped off multiple irrigation lines (which we had never used in the 31 years we have lived here), replaced 2 old spigot heads, removed and replaced piping, replaced main shut off valve, and secured pipes in both front and back of house. We especially appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the time he was here- before leaving he took us to both sites of repairs and thoroughly explained what he did. We are highly satisfied with the services we have received from ReddiServices!

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

Howard Air never disappoint!s I have an older unit that needed repair; a part needed to be ordered. Michelle managed to track down the part in record time and Eric did a professional job of installing it and the air is blowing cold again! Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend Above Par. They came out the same day and fixed the AC quickly. Clay has a great team including Mark who was very knowledgeable and nice!!

Howard Air fixed my ac today, the same day I called!! The technician was actually early and was very courteous. Forget those 'big' name companies that advertise on tv. The best service they could offer was 3 weeks or more in the future. Would definitely call Howard Air first for any other service needed on my mechanical systems.

Excellent customer service at our home

I had a leak coming from my ac because the water line was plugged up. I don’t know much about fixing things so I gave Tom a call and he it fixed the problem and showed me how to do it so when it happens again, I’m prepared. Tom is very quick and efficient. Mountainside air is my HVAC company. Thank you, Tom.

First service guy replaced a part which cost $434 for part and service. Invoice stated everything was checked. Next day, the a/c still wasn't cooling so we called for service again. Another service guy found multiple issues. Total for the second day totalled $1,390 which included replacement for the part that was done the previous day. Clearly there were huge issues missed in the previous assessment. Called the main number for help but the person was not interested in helping. Do not use this company.

I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. I got a Technitian named Lenard(I guess that's the way his name write) He was so profesional and taked almost all morning to fing the root of my problem. I apreciate you still have Technitian like him that takes the time to solve the issue.
