Mike was efficient and friendly. Quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even cleaned the unit which desperately needed it. No high pressure sales or shady tactics. They were even able to come out earlier then anticipated! My only problem is with the HVAC companies themselves. Why does a $15 part cost me $259 to install in less than 30 minutes??? It appears to be the going rate but it's ridiculous. However, Mike was great!

He was really courteous and put on shoe covers before coming in.
In just a few minutes on the roof he diagnosed the reason my heating hadn't been working and replaced the part and was on his way.
Service is part of the reason I buy a Goettl heat pump every 10-15 years.
