I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. Had Cooper's come out to pump sceptic tank out on an older system, as a mater of routine maintenance. Chad was able to show up the same day I called and spent a lot of time explaining what the code is and how ours is designed, he worked very hard to open up the inspection cover and took the time to show us what to look for. Coopers Sewer & Drain will be the only ones I will call for any septic service. Very pleased with the work Chad did for us.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

I am approaching my 3rd anniversary as a client of Bumblebee Plumbing! I initially contacted them in 2019 after coming home to an unexpected pond in my yard. I was impressed that a friendly, capable person answered the phone immediately and dispatched a plumber to my home the same afternoon for a relatively quick (though muddy) fix. When my hot water heater was on the verge of failing, I called them again. Replacement was tricky because I had an electrical contractor working at the same time, and also because my semi-historic 1936 home had some redundant piping that puzzled Michael P. at first. I found out then that Michael is not only highly skilled, but is also a determined problem-solver. In early 2021 after another small, unwanted pond emerged, Bumblebee replaced the main service line from the road to my home (a distance of about 200 ft.). Finally in late 2021, after another serious underground leak somewhere in a maze of old PVC and galvanized pipe near my unused domestic well, I decided to go ahead with a whole house re-piping. Michael met with me in advance to plan the work and to listen to my list of concerns and old-house-quirks. The team that came to complete the 4 to 5-day project included Micheal, Cody, Joel, Victor, and Craig. They were ALL amazing: skilled, professional, respectful, and constantly seeking my input. Cody did some of the most delicate work for my main bathroom which included gently breaking into a cedar closet wall to replace old lines; he was also the lucky guy who worked in the crawl space under my house. I believe it was Joel who headed up work on lines in the attic; Victor and Craig dealt with trenching outdoors. Michael’s tasks included zero-error-tolerance drilling through brick masonry walls.I now love having great water pressure and beautiful new valves in convenient places, and I am free of living in fear of a water disaster. I am happy to give Bumblebee Plumbing my highest recommendation!

Amazing people and amazing service.Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.
