Penguin Air won our “truth in advertising” award! After calling a handful of companies advertising 24/7 A/C service and being told it would be “at least next week” before a technician would be available, we called Penguin Air. By now it was 90 degrees in the house and climbing. Jason arrived in under an hour to rescue us. Amazing!!!! He was smart, knowledgeable, professional, polite and he went above and beyond to fix our 15 yr old roof unit (108 degrees outside). Jason and Penguin Air exceeded our expectations and earned our trust. We highly recommend them...we will never call anyone else!

He did such a great job I felt this is possibly the company to install my entire house water filters. Nelson you and Caesar understood exactly what I wanted and you delivered exactly what I wanted. It’s unfortunate that Goettl cannot keep good employees and has a large turnover. Those that are sent out are clearly not totally capable of doing the full job. Plus, since they are sales driven, and not interested in service, twice they sold us something we didn’t need and didn’t properly explain how to use it. And then, even though we had a guarantee. They wouldn’t honor it. Be careful of this company.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!
