Penguin Air is a great company. I called for service on a Saturday night, after regular business hours. Although I was initially told the earliest available appointment would be Sunday morning, after receiving more information about my issue (my vent was leaking) I was told I was actually being scheduled for that evening (after checking with me that a later evening service call was acceptable).I received a call later that evening and because the leaking had stopped I indicated I could wait until the following morning for service. I got the impression the service tech would definitely have come out, no matter the time , if the situation was urgent.On Sunday morning, I received a text with a photo of my technician and a confirmation of my appointment. I appreciated this as it gave me a sense of security.My technician, Noel called prior to his arrival and was prompt and knowledgeable . Noel diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He gave me pointers to extend the life of.my current unit and to make it run more efficiently. I appreciate the tips and the honesty. I wasn't pressured to buy any unnecessaru services or add anything on to the initial work order.Great company, excellent service!

I had Hobaica out for HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning. It was soon discovered my unit was limping along on its last leg and soon to bite the dust. Luckily it got me thru the summer. James came and helped us get a GREAT system that should keep us very comfortable in the future! Great service, very professional and courteous - all technicians who came out were also! You’ll spend a little bit of $ but as they say, you get what you pay for!!

You installed an AC unit for us last year and I signed up to join your Club and you sent a very nice plumber to attend to our problem. However, you gave us a an outrageous quote of $669 (supposedly after a 10% discount) to replace the cartridge in our shower valve. When I asked for a breakdown of the price between parts and labor, your staff refused and said it was a fixed price. In response, I declined to accept your quote. Tell your owner that if he treats his customers this way, he's wasting his money on all the advertising he does. We customers are not stupid.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

This morning a had Junior come out to service my A/C and to discuss why different parts of my house don't seem to cool like other parts. He easy and simply explained how my air conditioning system works and came up with multiple options not to just service but to also upgrade it. I was highly impressed with his service and knowledge of everything. I would recommend Day and Night and also Junior to anyone I know, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

These ratings are for the technician that I met with. Cody came to my home to give me a quote on a remodel project I needed plumbing for. He almost immediately gave me a feeling of confidence by the questions he asked and how personable he was with the conversation. He listened to the project and other aspects beyond the plumbing job to get a full understanding of the work that needed to be done before generating the estimate. While I did not end up going with ACE Home Services, I felt that Cody was 110% involved during the estimate process.

Dennis arrived, gave a comprehensive estimate, walked me through the service, and had our leaky water heater replaced before lunch.The appointment setup and confirmation process was easy, with great communication.Glad to have found our service tech for the upcoming home improvements we have planned.

Great experience. Upgraded the HVAC system with an air scrubber and duct cleaning. AHWA has outstanding customer service and outstanding technicians. My service technicians today were Leo, Sam and Will. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism. Arrived on time, explained all work processes and completed all work in a timely manner. They covered furnishings and cleaned up afterwards. Super happy.

Micheal was our service technician...he was doing our annual plumbing inspection...a great service by Patrick Riley. He gets 5+ Stars from us! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!
