I had an excellent experience with Hobaica last summer when my AC went out. They did a fantastic job explaining my options and eventually installing a new machine, so today I called them for a plumbing issue - a suspected leak. Travis Vonau did a great job communicating what the problem was and fixing it quickly... but then he went above and beyond and took a few minutes to check out (and fix) an electrical concern I had. Amazing service!

I really have thank Moses for helping to repair my A/C system after dealing with the sweltering heat for so long. I really appreciate there quick service after others said it would take a few days to get out there. I would definitely say it was worth the price.

Company is great. My tech, Keven went through the entire process with me. Explained the details of each component and the specs along with how each played in the overall running of the system. It's an older unit, so it helped in determining what repairs were needed and making an informed decision. Pricing is fair. Give these guys a try you'll be glad.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for honest service.

Emil K is a pleasant young man and a very good water heater tank technician. He did an excellent job flushing and inspecting the tank.

A very professional serviceman replaced filters and checked all of our water filtration, reverse osmosis and softener systems. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the operation of our systems. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

WE have used them for HVAC repair and maintenance and have always found them to be through, reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Just had AC duct cleaning and air scrubber install, they did a great job.

When Matt arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained why he was there and asked if we had any questions that he could answer for us. We asked about thermostat options and he showed us what he had on the truck and explained some options. My wife, Marsha, and I discussed it and decided we could not afford it at this time saying that if it ain't broken, don't fix it. Matt performed a full A/C system inspection and explained what he found and showed us pictures. He discussed options with us and gave us the costs associated with those options, very reasonable considering the alternatives. Matt was very polite during his entire visit and while in the house he wore the little booties even after we said he did not have to, he said it's part of my job, gotta do it. Matt is the sort of technician that I would call back to my home any time, polite, professional and a very good sense of humor. Very much appreciated in these difficult times.

We had our air conditioner/heaters (2) replaced yesterday. The team of ProSkill employees showed up on time, they were pleasant to work with and got the job done quickly.
