Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

Easter Sunday my water heater broke and began leaking, I called and someone was there within an hour or more and got the situation under control for me and was able to have family dinner as planned. They were kind, cleaned up after themselves and they educated me on my options. I would highly recommend this company!

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life! Whole house water filter tank system was leaking. We contacted Kim in the office who quickly assigned technician Fidel to check it out. Fidel came & tightened our tank with no further problems.
