As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. Josh Burk was my service person today. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my kitchen faucet. My home is 30-35 yrs old and so is the plumbing.Josh is a great communicator. He is warm, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a true professional who made sure that I was kept informed as to what steps needed to be taken, as he discovered them. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his tasks.He did have to purchase new parts, for my repair and did so willingly.He was very concerned about not creating a mess and was most intent on returning the contents that belong under this sink to their storage area.I am truly impressed and commend Josh as well as his employers at Parker and Sons. I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit.
I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT!
I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool.
I will always call Mountainside Air for any of my needs for air conditioning and will definitely tell everyone I know about them!!

Cooling Men,Technician arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Cooling Men to anyone needing HVAC services.

These guys seem to be as good as advertised in the reviews. Sal was excellent, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!
