This organization is not very reliable. First visit they didn't have equipment needed, so I was told they would be back next day, with needed tools, at a certain time. They were supposed to call me to confirm. I ended up calling them twice to find out what the status was. They showed up two hours later, with no call or text to inform me about the delay.

James was on time, a good communicator, gave me options, and fixed the problem quickly.

Always great service. We have always recommended them to friends and family. Marcell came out and fixed our hose bib that broke off and caused us to shut our water off. Very professional and friendly!

I would highly recommend. I can not say enough good things about the AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional, efficient and I could not be happier with their work, keeping my 2 AC units in excellent working condition!

Our technician was out between the hours they said they would be. He was very efficient and did a great job with the install. He was also very nice and friendly. We love our new system and there’s already a difference with our water. Parker is the best in town!

Efficient service and reassured that my air conditioning is in top shape. Added air scrubber to reduce allergens and pollutants in the house.

Great customer service. My tech Louis was awesome. he really knows his business and Pro Skill really KNOWS HOW TO HIRE. Louis even alerted me to a natural gas leak at me meter that I had fixed while he was still here.Your techs and company are one of the best I have ever used .Pro Skill just installed two brand new AC units. They are on time, work clean and get the job done. There installers are great and knowable. They even painted the frame in my attic and vacuumed where ever needed.Looking forward to working with your company for many years. They

I would like to edit my first review.
This all started in Jan when heat went out. Took several techs and warranty company saying its velox and couldn't a hold of them to finally getting a new unit in march. Here we are in June the thermostat is set at 77 house is climbing to 82 . Called 2x to request service and no call back at all had to call another hvac co . Who immediately called back and is coming in the morning oh and our system under warranty still. But can't get velox to call back . Customer service is horrible. I thought was warranty company . Now I wonder if it was velox . And the new hvac system is too small for our home! New contactor came out his exact words this is a 3 ton you should have a 5 ton for this region and excessive heat and the size of your home warta that this will cause catastrophic damage to the system I have it in writing .Now in order for it to keep cool we have to water down coils on new system! My question is why knowing our home is over 2000 sq. Ft why was a 3 ton put in when at min should've been 5 ton. Initially I was happy to have the new system and trusted the techs that put it in. Now here we are with a system too small for our home! And still no call back from velox! So I guess filing complaint with contractor board is going to be our next step and the bbb . I also have a full report from a reputable hvac company who came out and took 1 look and immediately knew system was too small.

The Green ID team did a good job for me. I chose them as a listed contractor used by APS for Home Energy Assessments. I purchased my home a year ago and did not know much about the history of the house. I hoped the audit would point out areas where I could make improvements.
The overall audit did not come up with a huge annual savings for me, but the work done did greatly improve the comfort of the house. Besides additional insulation and sealing the duct work, they installed a radiant barrier along the roof slope and along the walls. Green ID also balanced the airflow in my home making the rooms that were warmer much more comfortable.
The Green ID crew were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up their mess each day (a two day job) and did a good job of sweeping up debris from their work. The crew was very good in trying to not inconvenience me.
My only complaint' is I was told by the salesperson that the crew would be there at 6:30 a.m. to get an early start on the job before it gets too hot. The person who called to remind me of the appointment gave me a different time. I told her what I was told originally. Bottom line is I got up hours earlier in order to be ready for them when they did show up, which turned out to be 9:00 a.m.
