Once again the Response Crew came to our rescue. We had three medium size projects: a new door / frame (that came primed) which needed a finishing coat of paint, mirror 5 x 6 which needed to be framed / painted, along with some old utility boxes / tv dish that needed to be removed from our back patio area. The Response Crew answer our call for assistance and sent one of their best techs - Dennis. Dennis is a perfectionist; he completed every possible detail required to make sure the above projects was done right. This is the second time we have called upon the Response Crew for service and it will not be the last. The Response Crew team and their Administrator Jennifer deserve ten stars; not just five.

This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
