Best New Heater Installed in Phoenix AZ

I had a badly leaking hose bib. To make matters worse the leaking water deposited a great deal of sediment on the valve and piping. I did not have the tools to remove the old faucet, clean up the deposits and install a new faucet.Parker and Sons sent out a technician and in no time at all ge replaced the bad fittings and had the new one installed.One comment I do have is, nice job guys. Nice job.

Shane is awesome. I got his name from our neighborhood app. Many people from the app were very happy with his work. I called and he was over within the hour. He spent two + hours fixing numerous plumbing problems. His compensation was extremely fair. Highly recommend!

Ronnie came out to help us figure out why the master bedroom was not getting as cool as other rooms, the AC/HVAC unit was entirely replaced 3 months ago. After checking every vent inside and out, he determined there were dampers that needed to be readjusted as two small rooms were completely over ventilated. He fixed both vents in the master bedroom that I was unable to open completely, and adjusted dampers in the system to increase flow to the master bedroom. Much appreciated Ronnie and Team Day & Night for the initial inquiry asking how our new system has been working (which has been perfect otherwise)!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

This is my first interaction with a service provider in AZ that i didn't have to call back and follow up on to schedule and ensure the job was performed in a timely fashion. I called discount on Friday night and and Jordan, their technician, called early the next morning to schedule same day service! Jordan was professional, communicated regularly on timing, and was very thorough in reviewing my irrigation system. Not only did he explain to me how the zone systems operates and what my issue was but provided insights about the difference in watering requirements for my wife's fruit tree. Thank you Jordan! Definitely using discount again if i have any issues.
