Alien Air Conditioning and Heating recently installed a new AC unit at my condo and I'm extremely happy and 110% satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided throughout the process. Accessing the AC unit was not the easiest task, as the unit was located on the second floor with a very steep pitched roof and a parapet wall. The team were experts in performing the highest quality service given the challenges. They went above and beyond ensuring my smart thermostat was properly installed, replaced air filters with higher quality filters, and provided me with great preventative maintenance advice. I have used Comfort One to service an a/c unit at a commercial building. They kept me informed the entire way, when they were on there way, when they arrived and when they were done.
This is the time to do your preseason servicing, none of us want a call on the middle of a June heat wave about an a/c failure. Great service great prices.

I had a 19 year old Carrier still running strong but I was worried it would break down on a weekend and would be stuck without AC for me and my two Boston Terriers and my two black cats So I was driving down the 202 listening to KTAR radio when I heard Howard Air's advertisement. What I heard intrigued me, so I called them and I am normally not a trusting person and from the moment I spoke with the lady that answered the phone I felt like I had found my new AC company. She was so sweet and helpful. She connected me with their scheduling lady and once again I was impressed. It gets even better from here. She made an appointment with me to have Jason M. come out on July 1st, Jason was so enjoyable and made my whole buying experience a happy one. He explained everything and then showed me the different units I had to choose from. I wanted to stay with Carrier as I have had Carriers for many years with excellent success. After Jason's visit we set my installation for July 29, 2016. The two men called me 45 minutes out and told me when they would arrive. They were Johnny on the spot! At about 6:30 AM this morning they began the hot job of climbing up in the attic and tending to the things that needed rerouting etc.. My installers were Kyle B. and Terrance K. These two men were awesome! They got my unit in and were even a bit ahead of the time I expected to have it completed. They went above and beyond being careful to make sure neither of my dogs or cats escaped out the door. Then I had to go to see and tend to my horse so the guys stayed here and worked. On my way home I had to pick up a heavy box at Lowes and I am 73 and this package was so heavy there was no way I could dream of getting it out of my truck and into my house. Bless their little hearts they brought it in for me.
They spent a lot of time explaining the thermometer to me and showing me how to set it and so on. And when they got ready to leave they had every single piece of anything picked up. This company is excellent and I am thrilled to have found them. I feel like I matter to them. You won't be sorry hiring Howard Air as they are professionals from the first person you speak with on the phone and all the way to the installers. Thank you Howard Air!!!

Technician was on time. He changed eco water filters, we had it installed by them. I appreciate they put system in, and maintain it. Parker & Sons is not the cheapest company to use, but they are reliable, professional, and have been around for a long time. The guy that is over the company called me once, and was nice to speak with after I had a complaint.

Comfort Experts is the best air conditioning company I’ve ever dealt with. They were professional, honest, and very customer oriented. Ryan was so helpful and I would recommend them to anybody!

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. Turned out to be nothing major and I signed up for their maint plan, so no more panic mode for me. Thanks

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

I've hired Proskill a number of times for different things an I have really come to respect and value their reliable service. The plumbers who have helped me were consistently polite, respectful, transparent, and thorough. I really wanted these job done right and I really appreciate the excellent skill and professionalism that Proskill consistently demonstrates, whether it's a repair or the installation of a new system. AC of Arizona is one of the best companies I have done business with. From making the initial call Samantha responded within two hours and Pete was on site the next day. My system was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. Pete was very helpful in making recommendations and made some adjustments to keep my old system running until the new unit could be installed without creating unnecessary costs. Troy came out the same day and was very helpful in selecting the unit needed for my home. The order was placed and within two days the new unit was in stalled by Phil and Kevin in about 4-5 hours. There were very professional and when they left the old unit and any trash was removed from the property, with the new unit on the roof operating. The work this company performs and communication with the customer is outstanding. You always know what is going on at any given stage of the process. This team is very knowledgeable in the business and I recommend them highly.

We had problems with the heat turning on when prompted. It worked sometimes not all the time. Mark Crosby called and set up an appointment He is one of the guys that installed the system. He has been at our house on several occasions.I found Mark to be Professional and caring.He knows his product very well. He reassured us it was going to be an easy fix and explained it all.He also told us the filters we had were not the correct ones to use for our system. He explained that it takes a different filter and gave all the info to us to order or he would order them. He came back and installed them for us.Thanks to Mark we are very satisfied with his knowledge and promptness as well as his outgoing personality. Thank You

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.
