Best Need Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I Messed up my thermostat replacement. They had me scheduled within a day and fixed the problem quick.

Needed my toilet's wax ring replaced because it was leaking and my plumber James was awesome! He got it taken care of very quickly, did a great job, and reset my toilet perfectly. 10/10 would highly recommended Penguin Air, Plumbing and Electric (and I've had equally great experiences with their electricians and hvac technicians as well)

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Do not recommend at all. The service is unprofessional. The plumber showed up late, didn't want to come inside the house to check valves and without seeing the valves quoted a random price of $75 which was double the price of another company. The company said they have a 24 hour turn around time for quotes, however it is now more than that and I still haven't received a quote.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

We received 4 bids to replace our 18 1/2 year old AC unit and their price was the best. Their integrity is great. Even when we had a problem, they had quick response and repair, with a positive and tenacious attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone. Dennis and crew came out today to install an RO, water softener, new water heater and 3 new TOTO toilets. They were on time, skilled and did quality work especially with our copper plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with all the work that was done today. It wasn't cheap that's for sure but you get what you pay for. We can be rest assured that we won't have to waste time or money in getting any of their work redone.

When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

We finally had to have our 20 year old A/C unit replaced. When I reached out to Mountainside Air they were responsive and I could tell they were concerned with getting us what we needed. Tom made the scheduling easy through the entire process and the communication about appointments and the quote were thorough. The team of technicians worked quickly to get the A/C installed and the ductwork updated. Everyone was thoughtful and courteous in my home.
