Best Maintenance Agreement in Phoenix AZ

Josh, the Hays technician, was phenomenal. He was performing the one year maintenance on the units we had installed last October. He had to track down a small refrigerant leak, found it, repaired it and added the missing refrigerant. Had he not followed up on the small leak, we could have some serious compressor damage next summer!! Thanks again to Josh and HAYS for an excellent job.

Our unit was leaking water from the pvc drain pipe. Called Company on a Saturday and they had a service tech out by Monday. Ty/Ray came out; gave us an estimate which was reasonable and fixed our problem. No more leak. Great service. We also use their twice a year service maintenance program. Keeps our unit running smooth. Thanks. D

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.

From the first call to the office to speak to Stacy who was absolutely amazing and then he having someone on site within the hour to assess my broken air conditioner to the next day within approximately 14 hours later wonderful technicians were on site to install my new air-conditioning unit!

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.

After a bit of research, I called Howard Air for a routine service check of our A/C and heating systems. Brianna was a pleasure to speak with and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. Terry, the technician, arrived early, was very courteous, performed a comprehensive check of all systems and even fielded a couple bonus A/C guy questions for us - all for the price originally quoted. If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installed
a wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Can't say enough about this quality company.

I desperately called Appliance Repair Bros on a Friday night (as all other places were closed) very concerned that my fridge and freezer were well above normal temperature.

Vlad and his assistant came on by promptly that night (!), were very courteous and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.
