Needed to replace a 5 ton, 13 years unit with a high efficiency, high seer to save on electric cost. I knew these units are not cheap but got a great price. Aaron came for an estimate and sizing the work, did an excellent job explaining the work needed,costs and benefits. Scheduled with the office the install a few days later. Work was very clean.Small repairs was made yesterday. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Mark was on time and courteous. I have a landscaping valve that I thought was leaking by with the system turned off. I was hoping this would fix my soggy backyard issue by replacing it. But that wasn't the case. Mark was kind enough to educate me on the landscaping system and tell me this valve is fine. He looked at my solenoid manual shutoff valve and turn that off. Paid the 89.00 service fee & sent Mark on his way. Here's to hoping this fixes the issue temporarily until I can find a good reliable landscape repair company.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Day and Night was excellent. My AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July so you know it was SOS. They were able to get Ivan out to my house same day. August in Phoenix. Perfect time for our Trane AC system to finally give up after 23 years. Howard Air had serviced our AC for a few years so I planned to get our first estimate from them. The consultant they sent that same day, Ted, explained options and made the process so easy, I felt totally comfortable just going with them. I'm so glad I did. I knew what to expect on installation day and the installers, Chad and D, were polite, professional and worked REALLY hard from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They hauled so much stuff out of the attic and then even bigger stuff into the attic, without wrecking anything! Replacing an AC system is a nightmare, but Howard Air made it as bearable as possible for me. Thanks!

Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15 year old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. The crew were all good guys, knowledgable, and worked hard to complete the job asap. New unit is humming along nicely! 10/10, would recommend.

My mother in law had the electrician came to her house because a breaker was malfunctioning. The electrician stated she needed a breaker box/panel at the price of $8,000. Based on this she gave a $3000 deposit. I suggested she get a few other opinions and all 3 opinions stated it was absolutely not necessary. This electrician proceeded to continue to “hard sell” her on the needed panel after she said she was canceling. His persistence became so bad that I was brought in, on a merged call, to tell him that the work was not going to be completed. My mother in law is recently widowed. The electrician was aware of this and this was absolutely predatory on Parker and Sons. She has been FIGHTING for her refund for over a month and getting the same run around that it’s being “processed”. DO NOT give this company any deposits and get additional opinions for any work these people suggest. They can debit $3000 instantly, but they take months to refund…still waiting for that refund.

Levi aand Leo did a remarkable job cleaning and repairing air ducts in my 34-year-old manufactured home, which had probably never been inspected. Both men were ideal representatives of Patrick Riley...professional, personable, knowledgeable...and even spent considerable time insulating points in the furnace where there were leaks. Five stars are not enough to show my appreciation. I would highly recommend this company.

I am so incredibly fortunate that I was lucky enough to find Prestige Mechanical! I’m new to the west side and had no idea who to call when my AC unit stopped working. Of course it was on a day that it was 112°.
They were gracious enough to get me scheduled on an emergency basis.
The technician that arrived was extremely knowledgeable and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a company that I could trust.
Bottom line is I ended up needing a new unit as the repairs were going to cost more than it was worth. The owner came over and personally evaluated my needs, gave me a quote that afternoon and to my surprise made arrangements to have my new unit installed the following day.
Installation went as scheduled.
They have certainly earned my business and I feel extremely fortunate that they will be maintaining my unit for years to come.
