He did free estimate but he missed the full details. Don’t get fool by free ofcourse our mistakes we ending up paying high price for just turning on the switch on the back of our fridge so that we will get water from reverse osmosis. When he do the estimate he didn’t check the back if there is a line for reverse osmosis in our fridge. So he just keep going back and forth in the house and just turn on the switch on the back tarrrrraaaaa…… instant money. I will never ever use them again so pricey no wonder they want to do it right away before I call different company to do it. If only my husband listen to me and find a different one who is professional who is there on know how to estimate the job.

Brett and Jon came out for home inspection. They did a great job of explaining the process and the pros and cons of my plumbing. They let me know what needed to be replaced to make sure my home is protected. I can’t do the repairs now but will be reaching out to them as soon as I can.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. And not what would make them more money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Alien, you just earned yourself another long term customer. Thanks again Mike!

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

Awesome Company! Every employee I interacted with was polite, friendly, understanding and professional. From the kind lady, Allison who answered my after midnight distress call to Veronica who reassured me that help was coming. Help came quickly. The same day! My Technician was Trevor. Trevor was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and provided me various options. My equipment was close to 20 years old. It needed to be replaced. Trevor showed me an awesome finance plan with ZERO DOWN and a great rate. I was approved in minutes. All this on a Saturday. Monday morning, Roy The installation tech arrived with his partner Francisco, my new Heat Pump and new air handler. Roy was awesome! He was friendly, professional and courteous. Above all, he knew his stuff. He and Francisco installed my new equipment and disposed of my old. Upon completion he rechecked everything. Roy and Francisco did an excellent job. The best and only thing my home warranty ever did for me was sending Jeremy when I wanted my units checked before my year was up. This small but growing family owned company is the best from the office girls to Jeremy, the owner. They are the true meaning of honest, fair, trustworthy and reliable.
