Jon and Bret were right on time for my plumbing health check up. They explained everything that was going to be done today and helped me better understand the use of the plumbing. They gave me all of my options for repairs that needed to be done . Unfortunately I can't afford to get the repairs done at this time, however they were able to clear my drain in master bathroom sink for me today. I am very please with the service today and would like to have them back to do it again when needed.

We chose SUN DEVIL to install our new TRANE A/C & FURNACE! Jesus and Nathan did an EXCELLENT job installing our units. They were both very professional and, did an amazing job in this Arizona July heat! We felt very comfortable that they took the safety measures during Covid times to keep us and them safe. Kyler was tech for plumbing. He was great. He also helped to take out and install new dishwasher after changing out all the old, stuck valves and repaired toilet.Jaz was tech for AC check up. Also great and very professional as well.Both guys are a 5 star team.Jaz was back to replace filters for HVAC system. He was quick, friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with as always.

I just want to express my sincerest gratitude to the team of Scottsdale heating and air. From my first call they made me feel comfortable that I was going to get great service and I was right. I don’t live In Arizona but my mom and daughter do and I had already had an issue with another company that told my home warranty company they couldn’t diagnose my problem. I called Scottsdale on my dime and they went out and immediately knew the problem. They gave me a more than reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot. AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. Turned out to be nothing major and I signed up for their maint plan, so no more panic mode for me. Thanks

J’s heating and cooling is the place to hire. After getting over 8 estimates for a new AC unit J’s has the best deal. He answered all my questions and most importantly was not trying to up sell me. He got the unit that I wanted and installed my thermostat. Thanks J’s heating and cooling I am ready for the summer!!

I couldn't thank these guys enough! We are small and only have the one fridge, luckily they were able to fix it right away. The other company we called was almost double the price for a simple fan motor.

UPDATE:8/20/2020 William came today,114 degrees out. He replace the bad condenser fan and installed a new starter as well. They applied the service charge from the day prior. Great service,very very fair price, terrific work in extreme temperatures by both tech's. I highly recommend this company for great service, fair prices , and QUALITY people and service.

Thank you Scott for surviving 115 degree heat to fix moms ac unit. I know its a temp fix until the new motor comes tommorow . Always professional service from Scottsdale Air.

Update: 07.05.2019 my old ac unit had a part go bad last night. We were all in the pool and did not notice it until morning. I called Scottsdale Air and Justin W. came out. He did a great job,he diagnosed the problem quickly, had parts readily available in his van and left no mess. He explained my options on the repair and we chose the path best for us. I will need a new unit soon and it will be this company that makes it happen. Thank you Justin and scottsdale Air

Scottsdale air has been doing my hvac work since 1995. They do great work and their prices are fair and reasonable. They have replaced two units on my mom's home and do the service on my home. There techs have always gone out of their way to make sure the job gets done right the first time. Last summer we had a 911.... No ac. I thought the worst and it turned out to be a circuit board. I have an older unit and the service man Scott took the time to find a replacement rather than up sell me. Three words HONEST,TRUSTWORTHY and ,DEPENDABLE. That's what we all want, right? Well that's what you will find when you call Scottsdale Air. Thank you Mike.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
