My window was broken about 7pm and 12hrs later I had an appointment set up and it was repaired by noon next day. They respond instantly. No need for back and forth calling. They were consistent and knowledgeable with questions. They were professional and FAST. I couldn't believe how quick it was done. 20min tops AND they were the cheapest I could find especially needing them asap. Dwayne and his crew are amazing and I will continue to recommend and use them. They are GREAT!

Started the process in Feb 2022. I was told it would take about 3 months for materials to begin construction. 3-4 days for full remodel. Work began end of May. After demo began I was informed that one of my wall pieces was badly stretched. It was the last piece to arrives, so 3 more months to replace it. I had to make last minute alterations to what was in stock vs. What I ordered. The crew brought the wrong pieces the following day so 2 days now wasted. I had a small shower and large garden tub. Was removing tub for mew walk in shower, and existing shower to become open shelf storage. I also paid extra to replace my counter and sinks on vanity. The first crew was very unprofessional and refused to do any work that was not the shower. After 3 days they left and I waited 2 days for a new crew to finish. Showing up between 10-11am and staying until 7-9 pm over a holiday weekend. Yes I wanted it done, but really? So now 7 days in I was told the glass guys would come verify measurements. They showed up late so I had to have a friend meet them. 2-3 wks I was told for glass. It ended up being 14 weeks. Then on install they had to reschedule because someone called in. 2nd attempt they were short trim, and had to reschedule again. 3rd time now 16 weeks we finally are finished. Feb to Sep to get this done. I wrote to my contact about how disappointed I was in their professionalism and lack of communication. I have never received a reply. Customer service is NOT something this company cares about. My end product was not what I ordered, but it is a nice change from what I had. That is the only thing that was positive about my remodel.

BUYER BEWAREVery poor customer service!! Their motto should read We will tell you half of what you need to know, and then hold you accountable when we do not go over anything with you. Dropped off templates that I was told I had to make (never offered an option to pay for someone to do it). No one inspected the templates that I dropped off which were of 200+ year old furniture with dings and chips on the wood around the perimeter. So when I went to pic up the glass they actually cut out the dings and chips instead of just making a straight line???? Really??? Don't you think at some point they would of called me to verify or ask if this was correct?? No instead the guy tells me its my fault and that they cut the pattern exactly how I asked (which is not true because they never looked over the templates with me) He then refused to give me the pattern and said that he would dispute every bad review I gave him because thats his job! HAHA he must have a full time job disputing bad reviews if this is the type of customer service they give! This whole situation could of been avoided by proper and courteous customer service. They don't seem to concerned about that fact. All they wanted to do and did do was blame me and kept pointing to the pencil rubbing on the template of the chipped wood. I mean please, if your going to be that literal then do your due diligence and go over templates with customers when they drop them off!

Super great customer service. The girls at the desk were lovely and so inviting. Christian O'brien was the young man that worked on my car, he did a great job and had a wonderful attitude. Everyone there was so nice and I would go back if needed!!

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. We have had Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install Sunscreens and now new windows and doors on our home. Before hiring John the first time I did get several bids on sunscreens and they were very competitive, however what sold me was John, his pride in his business and their products is very evident. We didn't even get bids when we put in new windows and doors because we knew that John would get the job done right.

Renewable by Anderson was the only company that followed through and gave me a doggie door in my new backdoor. I am not too impressed with the callcentre there a little bit on the generic side They go through a spiel which we've heard before nearly cost them a contract. This is the 2nd time we've used them Love the product It's worth the money It's high quality
