Mark was on time and courteous. I have a landscaping valve that I thought was leaking by with the system turned off. I was hoping this would fix my soggy backyard issue by replacing it. But that wasn't the case. Mark was kind enough to educate me on the landscaping system and tell me this valve is fine. He looked at my solenoid manual shutoff valve and turn that off. Paid the 89.00 service fee & sent Mark on his way. Here's to hoping this fixes the issue temporarily until I can find a good reliable landscape repair company.

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

We had a burning smell in one of our bedrooms. The dispatcher on the phone was very kind and made sure that someone came out on the same day due to the issue we were having.. Had our second maintenance call with Freddy. He remembered us and our equipment so I didn't have to explain everything again even after 6 months. He's very polite, friendly, explains everything well, makes sure we understand and all our questions are answered. Other than being rescheduled 3 times by the office (not Freddy's fault) it was a great experience.

These guys have the most amazing customer service! We've used these guys for a few year now, and whenever we have had an urgent matter, they would get out the next day to check the problem out. Great company to work with!

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
