Fastest turnaround service I’ve ever had. The technician Matt was very helpful, he explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to fix my shower. What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

We have used Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing for several years and they continue to exceed expectations! They are honest, on time, great to great work, and explain things fully. Our A/C unit went out this summer and we got 3 bids. Knowing Hays provides excellent service, I thought their bid would have been the highest, but it was the best priced as well! They came out and got things running temporarily until they could order and install a new unit (a couple of days later). They also have a great maintenance plan to keep things checked out for both Fall and Spring. Richard came out today and did a great job with our Fall checkup. I highly recommend Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing!

Had problems with AC and they came out twice and fixed it no charge because we have a maintenance plan .?

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Nelson Salas Owner& Master Plumber installed my tankless water heater. Eddie also a plumber assisted in the installation. Great team work. Very professional and knowledgeable. I observed the installation and the expertise of the installation was evident of the years of experience as a plumber. Great service, professional, state of the art equipment used in the installation, quality parts to complete the installation and cleaned the work area. It's never fun to have to get an entirely brand new air conditioning unit. It's expensive and trying to price shop and find the right service people to handle the job is a pain!

HOWEVER, the team at Hobaica made the entire experience so easy!! It started with our sales person Jarred, who educated us on the right type of unit for our home and got us the best price compared to other companies.

Then...when the installers showed up, they were on time, completely professional, efficient and CLEAN!! This was not an easy job and they were impeccable in the way they left everything. It was extremely difficult to access the unit in our attic, but they did it perfectly.

These 4 men, Jason, Ivan, Zach and Justin handled the job beautifully!! This team was GREAT!! I highly recommend Hobaica! They did such a wonderful job and now we have a cool house once again! Thank you guys!!

Connor came out on a Sunday and fixed my broken garbage disposal and a mystery leak under the sink. He was awesome and got everything fixed. I would totally use Goettl again, and wish I could reserve Connor for coming out again - he is the bomb dot com!!!

I’ve been doing business with Parker and Sons for many years. I have a primary residence and 3 rental properties that I also use Parker and Sons for to service my properties. At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. Joel’s visit has validated that I am doing business with the right company and will continue to be a life long customer.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this company. I really hope that this was a one-off based on the other positive reviews. But I hope this review will reach their management team to avoid an experience like mine from occurring again.

Two weeks ago, the hot water in my daughter's shower stopped working. This is when Arizona was having some really intense rain & cold. I set up the appointment very easily and the technician was out at my house within a couple of days.
He quickly diagnosed that it was an issue with shower cartridge and quoted me a price of approx $415. I told him that I wanted to move forward immediately, due to this being my adult daughter's shower. He told me okay and that he'd order the part and be right back out. In fairness to him, I assumed right back meant 1-2 days, I did not clarify.

Two days later I get an email asking if I approve the proposal/ work, which I confirmed. Another 2 days go by, and the same email comes in again asking me to approve the proposal. By this point I'm concerned and I call the company. It was after hours, and a very nice lady told me that she understood the urgency and would have someone call me asap. No calls after 1 day. I then call over the next 2 days, first Angela tells me that she'll see if they have the part and will me back. No call. Next day, I speak to Mary Ann who PROMISES to call me back that day and she apologized for the delay, this was at 11am on Friday (1/6/23). I was at work and realized after 5pm, that she hadn't called and they were closed for the weekend. I spoke to Michelle this morning who said that she'd look into it, but after an hour with no call, I called Christian Brothers who I have my service plan with.

Joe Pompa came out within 2 hours and had my shower fixed within 30 minutes, at a quarter of what they were going to charge me $99. AHW did the original install of my hot water heater which is why they were my first choice, but the past few days have been brutal. My daughter has a night job and coming in from a long night to take a barely warm shower is not something I'd wish on anyone. A service team that takes no pride in keeping their word, or just says whatever they can to get the customer off the phone, is not one that I'd ever call again or be comfortable dealing with in the future.

For a great & reliable company call Christian Brothers-never a problem with them & they're always kind and professional. Sorry for the length of this review-thanks for reading to the end.

On 3/7/19 I had Patric Riley come to service my Airconditioning unit. The service man Brian told me that my copies need cleaning. He cleaned the coils and said he also did a tuneup. He charged $380.63 for just the cleaning. He also told me I needed a new $1,200 starting unit. The unit seamed fine but working all the time to keep the house at 81 deg. for 9 days. It then stopped cooling.I called another large and top rated Airconditioning company. They came out and after investigating the problem told me that the coils that had been cleaned were leaking oil and both inner and outer coils needed replaced but the startThey also said that they and any creditable service charges $125 to clean both coils and the starting unit was ok. They also noted that the unit was still under warranty that would pay a prorated cost. Due to no availability of new coils and cost even after prorate I decided to have it replaced.I feel like I paid $380 for a $125 cleaning and was almost talked into something (starter) that wasn’t needed. Further I wasn’t made aware of the warranty by Patric Riley. That’s why the poor rating and would never recommend them to anyone.

Our technician Cody, was very professional. He completed repairs on our toilets in a timely manner. He was on time and friendly.

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.
