Joey Miller was our HVAC Specialist. He was professional and honest, took the time to understand our plans and budget for our home, and was super friendly with our dog! Joey was transparent throughout the process — sharing photographs and video of what he found inside our HVAC system, and making recommendations and putting together multiple quotes to allow us to have options. He clarified and answered all questions we had throughout the process. His customer service was amazing!

John and River were early and worked into the evening on a clogged sewer line. They were diligent and covered lines in and out of the house, on the ground and on the roof!! Above and beyond my expectations! THANKS ? to both for an outstanding job!!!!

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

I have been using Comfort One Air Conditioning since circa 2012. I will not use anyone else when it comes to heating and air conditioning needs. Every person that I have referred to Comfort One has called me to thank me for the introduction and swears they will never use another company. Taps ( the owner) and his crew are professional, reliable and could not be any more honest. Ricky was super kind and great to have in our home. However, our project was too complicated for his skill set, and when I called Parker and Sons to send another technician to help him, they did not. Poor Ricky was at our house for 9.5 hours, but he stuck with it and finally got the job done! Extremely happy with the technician, disappointed with the company administration. They should have matched the job complexity to the technician’s abilities.
