I had an emergency plumbing situation this evening and David Monroe came to the rescue! Let me tell you how great David was---- he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! I'm ALL ABOUT great customer service and David takes the cake on this one! He even remembered stuff about my family when he was here 1.5 years ago! ---- how personable is that?--- Super impressive indeed! I'm more than satisfied with the service that David provided. Matt was incredibly helpful with getting our heating back up and working in a short amount of time. He also checked and notified me about other issues he noticed that we would should get fixed in the near future. He explained it all in a way that was easy for me to understand and was extremely friendly!

Our AC stopped working on a sunday night and I called Ace home services the following morning. They were able to get to my house by noon that day. Stuart was in and out of there within 15 mins and took care of the issue. Very reasonably priced. Paid much less than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

I had an incredible experience with this company. The technician who addressed my HVAC air conditioning repair needs was very proficient. The office staff was also very informative and quickly assigned someone for me. I wouldn't have any other company to service my HVAC unit issues. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

First time using Parker & Son's and Omar was wonderful. He thoroughly checked everything, explained what he saw and showed us so we understand what needed to be repaired. He gave us multiple options and repaired everything at the initial visit. He was professional and very nice.

We would have given a higher rating for actual work. Frustrated that when office called to find out how much because our son was going to provide check, we were told $258. Then when tech came, he said that amount only covers one- either AC or Heat. I'm glad we ended up being home so we could say we just want one done because check already written.

I really enjoyed my experience with Circulate HCAV. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested and also provided me a special that I could take advantage of. Derek, the service professional, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC and heating needs. I’m impressed and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor. We are very satisfied with Scott and can easily recommend him to others.

AAJ was professional and knowledgeable, they showed up on time and completed their work in a manner that showed honesty and integrity. I will use them for all my future HVAC needs.

New built AC units installed by this company. Never hire them, installed duct work and system never worked correctly at all, in addition horrible service.
While AC tech that came in was awesome trying to fix original installers poor job, company manager and owners do not care and have no pride in what company delivers

On the initial visit, the technician parked his vehicle at the opposite end of the house from the air conditioning unit. When I asked why he had not parked his vehicle adjacent to the AC, he told me that he needed to inspect my roof. He then proceeded to give me incorrect information regarding a warranty program in an effort to sell an upgraded policy. SMW had previously installed a new unit, which was under factory warranty. As they did not have the warranty part, they installed a “temporary motor. Although I requested an itemized statement to submit to my home warranty company, this information was never provided. I was contacted when the original part came into stock, and requested that the same technician not be assigned due to his rudeness. After taking the day off work, I was told that the part was not actually in stock when they went to retrieve it. Several weeks later, I received an email indicating that an appointment had been scheduled. I did not receive an advance call to confirm whether this would be convenient for me. The original technician arrived for the service, and again parked at the opposite end of the residence from the HVAC unit. After telling me that the work had been completed, he indicated that the office would contact me as I would be charged for the replacement motor. I indicated I should have been told this information in advance. I paid SMW $5241.21 for a new air conditioning unit in October of2020, and an additional $340 for the installation of the temporary unit as they did not have the manufacturers part in stock. For this expense, I would expect to receive better service!

RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.
He was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he answered all my questions about my unit.
