I was very impressed today with your technician, Ryan Franco. He was very knowledgeable of my system and helpful for me to know how to use the equipment to my advantage. He made me feel like I was a very important client. My system was one of the very first installed by Penguin when they were first starting out in 2011. We were impressed by the owners and always happy with their service and our equipment. Honesty, efficiency and commitment go a long way!

Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! I Highly and recommend 1st Choice a Mechanical and Brandon for your HVAC needs!

I contacted TemperaturePro and spoke to Mike. I was only available to have my air conditioning checked after 5:30pm. Mike called Enrique and he came over, aftet hours and cleaned out my air conditioning system. It was full of gunk. Enrique did a great job and did not leave until the job was complete. I appreciate his hard work. I highly recommend this company.

Super prompt, polite, and professional. The tech was well stocked and quickly replaced the igniter for our furnace while keeping us both safe (Covid) during the whole process.

(Service, Timeliness, Technician) I'm extremely pleased with my whole experience with Sun Tech Air Conditioning Service. Cheryl in the office is wonderful - so efficient, so prompt in setting up needed service, and so kind! She has gone beyond and above the call of duty to try and help me. I can't thank her enough! Also the technicians who came out to service my air conditioning unit in this extreme and difficult heat, Will and Mike, were capable, pleasant and neat. They worked long hours under physically hard conditions - I'm grateful for their perseverance!
Bottom line: I would use Sun Tech Air Conditioning again whenever needed - I have not worked in the past with anyone who I think could have been nicer and and more assiduous in getting the job done. Thank you all!

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. Recently I just needed to get my AC system checked since there was a strange odor inside my condo. I checked everything that I could and tried to cross out everything that could cause the weird rubber/plastic odor. I decided to get my AC checked and thankfully everything was okay.Cooling Men Technicians were there on-time and they also communicated with me prior to the visit. They were polite and professional.

we chose this company to replace our old ac...on the advise of a neighbor who worked for the company.....BIG MISTAKE....we were looking for a new quality unit...instead...without our knowledge...they sold us a discontinued carrier unit....they installed it.....damaged the ceiling opening (which i had to repair).....one month later...middle of summer...the new unit blows up...there were no replacement units...anywhere in the us.....so they had to install a rescue motor......bottom line....HUGE HASSLE....they offered a free 10 year service contract as compensation...HERE is the kicker...called their service dept....guess what? they don't have a service dept anymore....i know this because another neighbor who had marlin install their ac and who was having problems..called and was informed they no longer had a service dept....so i guess our service contract is worthless.....Also...apparently marlin installed a bunch of units in our sub division because i have talked to several neighbors who have had major issues with improper and substandard ac installation......in summary....DO NOT choose this company...you will be sorry...

After a long day of playing 36 holes(and knocking back some cocktails) in the desert sun i arrived home to my surprise and the AC was OUT! i went into panic since it was 4:30pm and around 110f, called a couple of other companies which will remain nameless in this review and could not have someone come out ASAP, all appointments backed up till the next business day AT BEST. Came across Velox Air website, called them up, got on the horn with Sarah who was absolutely amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable & professional, she sent a technician over in less the 1 hour. I was about to reserve a room at the Four Seasons to get out of the house but it was not necessary! we had the AC fixed in less than 1 hour after the technician and his team arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company from Cheyenne who called me during the repair to let me know the status of the work to Ralf the technician(wore booties and a face-mask before entering my home and this was BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic) anyone looking to repair their AC. Extremely timely, honest, professional, CLEAN & polite...Even got a call a couple of days later from Sarah to check if all was to my satisfaction, highly recommend 100%

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

Arizona Refrigeration Services tech Jeff fixed our A/C on 7/16/14. He was great! Never complained though it was extremely hot and fixed it that evening!
Another company's tech had come out earlier, constantly complained how hot it was and said he could not fix it that day! Thanks for the prompt and awesome job!
