As a former employee of this company I would highly advise you to run as fast as you can. This company does not care about their employees or their customers. Erie has private investors and only cares about turning a profit. Management lies to their employees and teaches the reps to lie to their customers too. They will make you sit through a two to three hour presentation just to mislead you and price gauge you. You will have one or two reps in your home for the appointment and they will attempt to corner you into making a same day decision with their “advertising consent discount” that they offer to every single customer that doesn’t bite on the initial inflated price. Erie claims to have expert and factory certified installers but in reality they just hire random crews and the entire staff at Erie is a revolving door from reps to installation managers and even the installers.There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will do a great job on your home and Erie is not one of them. Don’t believe me? Check out their BBB complaints. Save yourself time and money and call the next company. Oh and by the way the reviews that are currently on the google page aren’t real customers. I’m sure there will be more fake reviews to try and cover mine up
