HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could give a 100 stars I would!!! From going in between back & forth with our home warranty to making sure we were taken care of since the very beginning of the whole process!! Tori made sure to answer any questions I may have had when I called and was very kind during this difficult process!! Mike, Tim, and Michael also communicated diligently day after day trying to get both our indoor & outdoor unit replaced for us. After a nearly 3 month battle they got BOTH units approved!!! They've all worked so hard for us & we greatly appreciate it!!!! This family run company is the BEST in the business ? they go above & beyond!! My wife and I needed some MAJOR plumbing renovation work done (inside & outside) and decided to trust Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing to do it. We were NOT disappointed! Frank Wynn and his team out of Phoenix were very professional, competent and courteous! They kept us updated through every stage of the project and made sure we knew what was going to happen, when, why and glady gave us options when needed. This is now our go-to company. A big thanks Vlad (on-site manager), Trey, Jeff, Logan, Cody, Aiden and Troy.

This company took a deposit ($700) equal to half the cost of the job then canceled on the job the next morning giving me no time to find someone else. So, I potentially have to go another day without AC because I relied on this company to do what it said it was going to do. UPDATE - They did refund my money. But, you don't take a deposit if you can't do the job. And, despite this dude's response, I did get another company to fix the AC, but it did take an additional 4 days -cause of the weekend and they couldn't find the part this guy already located and supposedly had ready. What most likely happened is this guy was afraid that the compressor wasnt actually broken (see his response) and would not get reimbursed for it - since warranty only applies if its in fact broken. Regardless, I have running air now, and it certainly is in no way due to this company. This guy also has no class and insulted me multiple times via text, just have to read his response to get a feel for how this guy acts and treats its customers. It's also beyond comical how he tries to put into quotes a conversation that I never had and would never. Dude called me a jerk via text which is just funny. Not someone that is worth dealing with, lots of better companies out there ran by people with class.

Our company has used Comfort One on numerous occasions. The owner, Taps, has always been on time, communicates well with us and has great prices! He explains what the problem is and is professional, honest and friendly. We will continue to use their services for any HVAC issues we have. Thank you, Comfort One!

The air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Suntech came, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

WOW! There is no need to check with anyone else for service and prices. This company IS the best out there! I am amazed at their outstanding customer service. They DO care about you. They are super reasonable with their prices too! They are putting in a new unit for me next week and yesterday my old air stopped blowing cold air, they came out right away and got it working again so we can stay cool thru these hot days before the new one is installed. Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
