Clair who I spoke with on the phone Sunday morning was kind and understanding and they squeezed me in just a few hours later. Found and fixed the problem as they had the part on the truck. We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. We without hesitation would recommend Derek to anyone who has any HVAC needs and would not go to anyone else for any future needs that might arise. Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. I got my cooling and heating installed in this summer by Prestige Mechanical LLC. Just to make my unit running thay had to come 3 time after my unit got installed and i had to call them many time for that. After installation i chacked ac was running but never checked the heating. This winter my heater wasn't turning on. So i have been calling them leaving them voicemail but no answer no call back. I also have service agreement with them guess what i don't think i can get those too. I don't recommend to let them server you. I think all those review are fake. They gave me good price but guess what doesn't matter the price if thay mass up everything. I had to spend a lot of money in order to make my unit running.
