Technician Al A. Hays Cooling and Heating. EXCELLENT JOB! Polite, courteous, and professional. Actually I think hes the only tech that EVER took the time to hook up a water hose to clean out the unit on the 2nd story roof. Gave me the full low down on my unit and is sending pictures to my E mail. I called the company up and said I only want Al A. out here for now on!THANK YOU AL! WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN!

David is a real pro. He checked the basics and then continued to dig deeper to ensure any needed upgrades were necessary or not...he confirmed we were all set with what we had. He didn't try to hard sell me. Great experience!

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Had bad coil leak in our air handler and Matthew G. And Matt S. From SG Mechanical were right on time this morning with the needed part and performed that equipment switch out for us. Their GM Andy D. Provided a fair quote and we are so pleased we went with Andy’s suggestion rather than buying an entirely new a/c for a system that was only 6-years old.

Excellent service. Very courteous, professional and friendly. Great price of air conditioner and furnace. Installed new thermostat and even adjusted air vents in house. I highly recommend King Mechanical, LLC.

I called them at 5:30pm and they were there by 8 pm, my tenants really appreciated the fast service, especially since the asoutdoor temp was 110 deg And the house was 85 deg.

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!

Reverse Osmosis system was serviced for the filters and the tank was replaced under the warranty. Geraldo was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and service.

Shane was on time and looked at the air conditioning unit, came in the house and looked at the thermostat. Turned it on and it worked. No one knows (Me or Shane) why the air conditioning stopped working, but ... no repair bills and the unit is working like a dream. Thanks, Shane for not making me feel stupid and saying some times strange things happen. Yes they do!!!!! Shane was courteous.

Highly satisfied. They called and confirmed the day before the appointment, the day of, and then to let me know when the tech was planning on arriving. The tech himself called when he was on his way.
