Jacob did an awesome job in the initial response; Steve came later to do the install. Both were experienced and professional and did more than asked. Out with old, in with the new.

Came on a weekend after we had someone else no call no show to repair. Very professional and helpful. We will need to replace our unit soon and will use them in the meantime they have fixed our ac unit.

We just moved to the Phoenix area and receive a flyer to get a discounted A/C tuneup. Gave “Just Air” a call and had an appointment within 2 days. James was our service guy. He was professional and informative. Gave my husband the lowdown on our A/C unit and some recommendations. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work, we decided to go with their 3 year service plan. It is hard to find a reliable and honest company, so glad we found one.

These guys were great. They knew what they were doing and did everything as planned and at the agreed price. They even fixed some minor settings in the thermostat that were set at default by accident. No extra charge.

Mark is amazing, he knows his stuff and simplifies things to make sure you understand what he is doing and so that you know what is needed so that you can make the best choice. He triple checked his work and made sure that everything checked out. I called these guys last minute and they got back with me quickly, and went out of their way to make sure that I got service in a timely manner. They also gave a 30 mins heads up which was great to help make sure I was home when they got here. I will do business again and recommend them to anyone. No BS, great, honest work.

Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

I had Josh servicing my 2 heating and air conditioning units for many years, he is very knowledgeable on the products he services. He is one of the most polite people I ever met !! He had a trainee Juan C. when they came to my house this time, Juan also was very polite and was servicing my units while Josh was supervising. Good JOB Juan you got a great Teacher..

Finding good service providers is part of a simpler, kinder life, I feel. Mears is one of those for us. For the past few years, Mears has helped us out several times. Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didn't have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

When shopping for quotes the company was very helpful, spoke to Sierra and she set a tone for what to expect, great service! Larson is on point with their service. One of my AC units went out Sunday. I called my go to guy Scott and told him we were maintaining pretty well on the one unit, maybe we could make it till Monday. No.... Scott came out within the hour himself to make sure we got back up and running! Where do you find that kind of service other than a local small business run by a family man?In addition to taking care of the units, Scott previously helped me with a troublesome warm master bedroom. He increased the size of the duct run, split to 2 registers and added a dedicated return duct. The cost was economical. Taking on the challenge and coming up with the solution is where the value is!Highly recommended
