I would absolutely recommend Hays for your heating and cooling needs. My tech, Aaron, was great!! He arrived on time, was fast, friendly and clearly explained everything he was looking at when he checked my unit. Great experience all around.

Just had a complete new a/c unit installed by Marcus, Alton, and Ryan. These guys did amazing, very respectful, and kept us informed of everything going on. We also had another crew come in and do a complete vent cleaning/sanitizing at the same time, and with all the Goettl team in here, it went seemless and professional. Been using their services for year and will continue to for years to come.

Steve and the whole team were amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a Mini-split system for our master bedroom. Six other companies didn't want to do it. Steve said no problem, let's do it! I've never slept so cool! After our main unit was installed there was a loud rattle every time it turned on. We called Steve and he was out the next day to fix it! They are not the cheapest company in town, but you get what you pay for, especially in HVAC. I would highly recommend Environmental Taming for any HVAC needs you have.

Called Just Air yesterday, they were able to get out the very next day - in the AM. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. The tech sat in his truck for 4 hours then came in ...looked around the house...used the bathroom for 30 minutes...then left. I think he was casing the house. Weird and unprofessional

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. I reiterate, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service they provided. Kudos ?

Carson was very helpful, straight forward and let me know how to properly take care of the AC. He also replaced the battery that was dying in my smoke detector. 15/10 service.

Victor did a great job fixing the issues with my AC. I was scheduled quickly, he called ahead, arrived on-time, and kept me in the loop via video text. It was great to have a video to see the issue while it was being explained. I was happy to find out it was covered under warranty from a prior vent cleaning we had done. Michael arrived promptly at the beginning of my service window, he was polite and took the time to listen to my whole issue. He spent considerable time troubleshooting all possible issues before repairing to ensure he found the correct issue. He also informed me of his progress along they way and presented me with all options before repair. This company offers the best customer service from the moment you call their office until the work is done.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.
He was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he answered all my questions about my unit.
