We had our main water line repaired by Barrett Wednesday. He was there in an extremely timely manner and the repair was done quickly and efficiently! I definitely felt very confident that he knew exactly what he was doing and was the right guy for the job. Thanks Barrett and A.P.E.S. ?

Scott D. Came to my house to check the dryer vent on the roof. He was on time, polite and very respectful. He explained the process to have the vent cleaned and the other vents in the house. I was not rushed through, he took his time and explained other services Hobaica offers. I have been using Day & Night’s A/C services for years and recently started using them for plumbing repairs and installations. At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

These guys are outstanding. I own a construction company and wish I could hire employees like they have. Courteous, hard working and very professional. The install took a bit longer due to hard time getting unit into attic but they were determined to get it all done in same day. They brought in 2 more techs to help make that happen. Install took until 9:30 pm but nobody complained. They just busted their butts and got the job done. Well done!!

We have had many different people from Patrick Riley who did wonderful jobs and some who I wish never came in my house. Every company has bad and good workers. Patrick Riley has a company that even though their workers mess up they fix the damage.The last year things have changed and everyone that has come out has been wonderful and overly helped me out to fix whatever problems my older house were trying to cause.

Aiden has helped us out several times. He's so wonderful! He takes time to explain everything and answers our questions . When he was here this time, we had one of our fire detectors start chirping and he offered to change the battery since he had his ladder out. HOW NICE WAS THAT!? SUPER AWESOME! He's the BEST!! THANK YOU AIDEN!!! He was here to get us a quote on adding insulation in our home, which I am looking forward to do!

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

TERRIBLE!!! Charged me $345 for 15 minutes of work... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. ROBBERY!!!! Tested a gas line for the pool... 15 minutes...

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

MISTING SYSTEM INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE. KYLE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEMS; TROUBLE SHOOTS QUICKLY AND EASILY AND INSTALL WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY ON A 14,000 SQUARE FOOT HOME. PERFECT.

They were working on our neighbors business and proceeded to set up their cranes and trucks in our parking lot, blocking our customers and store vehicles without asking. We asked them multiple times to move some of their vehicles so our store could operate, but instead their crew gave us a bunch of attitude until we had remind them they were on our private property with out permission or even asking. Begrudgingly they moved, but continued to act rude and unprofessionally the rest of the day. After leaving piles of trash in our parking lot, we had to ask them multiple times to pick up after themselves. After removing their trash we found screws and nails left over from their work in our parking lot. In short they took over our parking lot with out asking, when we asked to have some of our space back we got attitude and delays, then they left a huge mess for us to clean up after them, including nails our customer would drive over. If they are willing to risk our customers safety by leaving nails in a parking lot I doubt they care are about your safety too.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing
