I contacted JCPRO after a disastrous attempt at scheduling my project with another company. The job was to remove a chandelier from our 12-foot dining room ceiling and install a new one. But since the original fixture wasn't properly centered over the table, the junction box would have to be repositioned about 14 inches from the old spot--therefore, drywall repair and painting would also be necessary.

Johnny, the owner of JCPRO, responded quickly and we got the work scheduled for a few days later. He was on time, totally prepared, and completed the job in two consecutive mornings. In fact, on the second day, he finished so quickly that he had time to re-attach a guest room baseboard that was coming loose and needed attention. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased.

One of my fears regarding renovation and repair is the dreaded clean-up usually needed after drywall work. Johnny took great care to capture the dust and debris, and that meant a lot to me. The whole project was painless from start to finish. And--he's a pleasure to work with.

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Sarjon has done all kinds of work for me over the years and been so capable of everything. From re-building my porch, installing and repairing the appliances in my kitchen, fixing outdoor lights. I can't remember it all but I know he is dependable and of excellent character. He is very strong and works efficiently. Also very friendly and caring.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one.
