We had what we thought was a water bubble above our shower and Dan was very thorough in trying to help locate our issue. Unfortunately, it ended up not being a plumbing issue so we need another type of service but we will definitely use A.P.E.S for any plumbing needs in the future!

From the sweet girl who first took my call and the great service from Zeb, everything was great. Great service, prompt and extremely friendly. It still surprises me they were here within a couple of hours. We are getting a new unit but they made sure our old unit was going to keep us cool over the weekend. Very happy with the whole process so far!

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE!! Zero stars. The appointment was scheduled between 7am-11. At a quarter after 12 this scary, dirty, toothless man showed up an hour late immediately demanding cash just for showing up. I tried to explain the issue and I asked if he could at least take a look to which he again asked for money. I asked for a diagnosis first, to which he said, Didn't you say someone else already told you the problem? He continued to demand money. He was very aggressive. When I couldn't take it anymore I asked him to leave. He never even look at the problem. He then used what little I told him too lie to my warranty company and said he diagnosed the problem so he could get paid. Shady. Never call this company.

Excellent Services and fair pricing! They showed up on time and finished before I anticipated. Ivan, Gio and Tristan were the installers for three A/C and one heating system. They were kind, polite and professional. I highly recommend Hobaica Services.

I just had Brett come out for water heater maintenance and to diagnose a water softener issue. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. Goettl isn't the cheapest company around but you do get to work with incredible people.

I do not have the words to express my self with this company and there tech Freddy......I 1st called company for a second opinion on work that had to be done on my ac, Freddy came out and so helpful and professional thanks to him i was aware of the mess the other company had done, as he was leaving he told me to call him if the other company did not come out he would come out and fix it, that day i received a follow up call regarding the mess. Just when i thought everything was fixed by other company my roof fell down!!! I called Patrick Riley to speak to Freddy and have him come out since he was the only one at this point i trusted and sure enough he called me with in an hr and came out to my home same day. Not only did he do what he gets paid for (fix my ac unit) but also went out of his way and called in the restoration company to explain to them what happened in our home and get us schedule! I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
