We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

They came out to pump the septic tank prior to a real estate transaction. They left a complete mess, had to come back to fix their mess. Now that it is spring, I've turned on my drips again to find that they broke my irrigation lines in several places while they excavated the septic tank. Pretty poor work, would not do business with them again.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Bumble Bee installed new valves in my shower 11 month ago. They called last week to check up on me. I told them I wished the cold faucet was a little more sensitive. They came right out on their 12 month warranty and membership and fixed it perfectly for no charge. They catered to me being picky about it. I am so happy to have it fine tuned perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. They take customer satisfaction seriously

Had a broken angle stop in my bthrm.Was told I should replace all 4 angle stopsSomeone else told me I got ripped off.Could have saved myself over 500 bucks.Also think they have a racket going on withA restoration company called Copper state Home Builders.They were at my house in 30 minutes.Very pushy people. We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.
