We were very happy with how easy the whole process was to replace our old unit. We met with Zeb for our quote, we already had met with other reps from other a/c providers. I needed a bit of work done to my 1969 home. The HVAC roof top unit, two bathroom sinks and one kitchen sink all; needed replacement. Most excellent install crews deserve the highest marks. They were Mario Islas, Brennen Bingham, Eric Castillo, Ovi Perea, Hunter Holbrooks, and Michael Olson. It is very obvious that each of these men take pride in the job being done right. I must also tip my hat to Victor who coordinated the flurry of activities and Lisa for the stylish sinks. Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

I've used Parker and Sons twice now for hvac maintenance with the first visit being terrific but the second left me feeling like I've been scammed. During the second visit the repair tech told me that the voltage control unit needs to be replaced and it would cost $414. Thinking that it was a control board I thought the price was reasonable but after the tech finished in 15 minutes and showed me a photo of the old and new replacement unit it looked exactly like a capacitor which cost me $60 the when I had it replaced at my old house. I called the office asking for an itemized receipt and photos of the work so that I could review the charges further but based on the uneasy feeling I have I don't think I'll be requesting further service from them in the future.

While I have had problems with this company in the past, they have new management. My most recent experience was very good with prompt on time service and professional quality work. Most all of the work since my bad experience has been maintenance calls and they have all be excellent.

The technician discovered a small gas leak in the attic we were not aware of. Scary. And he found an air filter in our fresh air intake we didn’t even know was there. We’ve lived in the house for 4 years! He’s the first technician to show it to us. We really appreciate this maintenance service.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
