Best Garbage Disposal Repair ?️ in Phoenix AZ

I had this company come in and install a sub panel to my home. They were timely, efficient and very pleasant. We were very pleased with the company and would recommend them .

I contacted Gabe and he responded within the hour and came assess my electrical problem. He was very honest, courteous, profession, informative, and knowledgeable. He quoted me a price and I was charged exactly that. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it. He also identified two future potential problems and told me it doesn't need to be addressed at this time, but possibly sometime in future before I sell my home. He was not pushy and he did not try to upsell. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family.

The scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. Appointment window was from 10 to 2. At 2, I called in to see if they forgot me. The people on the phones were rather rude,after asking many questions I found out I was next. The technician called about 35 minutes later to tell me he was 30 minutes away. The technician was very nice, professional and thorough. He replaced a fan in my A/C unit.He left my home about 4:45. I think a heads up at noon would have been nice, as I had other things to do that day.

Definitely not a 5 star experience. Very expensive company and not transparent on pricing. Had a shower valve acartrige replaced. The cost of this item depending on where you look is around $100 dollars. All told, it's $430 dollars for 5 minutes of work. At this point everything is apart and I need a working shower. Buyer beware.

Tucker Hill literally saved the day. After our kids filled the sewer line pipes in our front yard with rocks we were in a really bad position. Saturday night we called tucker hill and Josef called us back immediately. He sent Daniel to come check out the problem. We were overwhelmed at the thought of possibly digging up the yard and facing a huge bill. Josef suggested we go buy a shop vac and see what rocks we could get out ourselves. Daniel stayed with us and helped us through the whole process. Josef told us to call him at any time during the night if we had a problem. He would be there Sunday morning to jet the sewer lines to save us from any more problems. He came when he said he would and we weren’t charged an extra weekend rate. We are so grateful for their professional quality work.

Brian and Ian were on time, professional and took care of all our small projects in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Water Softener System. Technician Richard Glauber was extremely respectful of property, polite, and clearly explained our system and what I need to do maintain it. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons as we use them for plumbing, HVAC, and water softener. Thank you Richard for your professionalism!

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!
